Why do we always have to constantly pull off to the side and wait for our food. This is ridiculous. Ever since Covid it has been to is way. The concept of FAST food is to pull up, order and get your food. Not sit and wait for them to throw a frozen burger patty in a heat oven.

Every time I go to this McDonald's which is one too many, there's this kid in the drive through and he is so attentive and so nice. This is the one in the corner of Ann and I think line mountain or Craig. In either case aside from the food, the service is simply excellent.

So me and my sister had ordered from here at 10pm. April 2st 2025. We ordered for curbside. Waited. Waited. Waited some more. We notice that people that weren’t even there before us in drive thru started getting their food. So I drive thru drive thru around 10:35. Ok. They only had one person on the mic so that’s fine to take turns right? NO. They proceeded to take the person behinds them order instead. So I just drove to the window. Which by the way. Took another 10 minutes. 10:45 now. Ok. I tell the girl (she was working with a pony tail brown hair and glasses) how long we’ve been waiting. No apology or anything. Asks for code but we’ve been waiting SO long that the code is now invalid and not showing up for us so I tell her our name. “Well I need a code” ok well maybe if you brought our food out when you were supposed to we wouldn’t have this issue to begin with. She then finds out food and says “by the way number 4 isn’t a curbside pick up spot” the sign is RIGHT in front of us by the way. So I literally point to it and say “see. Read it. Says 4 CURBSIDE PICKUP” she says “oh well we’re changing that, but we were looking for you everywhere in the front” oh so sorry, didn’t know you’d look at the front for numbers 1 and 2 when I put 4. Use your head lady. Anyways. Morning workers here are lovely. Will NEVER be visiting here at night EVER again. Terrible.

Okay, I wasn't going to post but this damn placed pissed me off on two separate occasions. Both times I asked for a Steak Bagel and both times I got a sausage bagel after clearly telling them that I don't eat sausage when they were clarifying my order. I get to work and its sausage. I'm not a pork eater. What if I had a food allergy. Pay attention to your damn customers! Bad enough that I paid extra for the so called steak, and got sausage.

Never go there again,they ended up sending me 2# coupons for free meal lol lady was rude asked 2x for fresh non hard meat they wouldn't the 2nd time,they ended up keeping our food and no refund until I called corporate office

I love this location. Super friendly staff and very clean restaurant. After I had just ordered on the mobile app, an employee came out and handed me the order ready to go. I was in shock at how quick it was. So thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience. We ended up dining there since we had extra time!
