Multiple times I have had issues with this store. Especially in the morning. I usually get a Mcmuffin with cheese and hashbrown but lately I have gotten literally eveything but a McMuffin with cheese. I've gotten ham, bacon, and steak which was not my thing at all. I dont understand the incompetence around there. Its 2 items and I dont even edit them. Get it together people

I don't like McDonald's in general, but this place was bad. Horrible service, no one was up front taking orders, super packed, half my items were missing. One of the employees even said that they were being lazy. We had people from the drive-thru coming inside because they were missing stuff too. Manager had attitude. I walked slightly behind the registers to get someone's attention.

Service is not the same, i remember when they would at least greet you even if it was fake. Today I went through the drive through and was not even acknowledged. Member grabbed my card closed the window charged my card and closed the window as they proceeded to continue their conversation with their coworker. Never even looking at me as they handed my card. Drove up to grab my order Once again not even being acknowledged by staff. Instead was asked to park to wait for my order as 3 of the remained talking to one another. Was brought the wrong order and was told my order was given to another car and was told I had to wait again while they made my food. They then came out with my order and order was still incomplete had to drive around to the window and ask for the rest of my order. They retrieved the sandwich from the back and proceeded to just hand me a single sandwich offered no apology and just went back to their conversation. Idk who is managing this place but retrain your staff.

The coffee is tasteless, feels like drinking boiled water. This happens in the morning of 10/01/25 6:55am. Unfortunately we are already on the freeway going north when we found out.
Why do we always have to constantly pull off to the side and wait for our food. This is ridiculous. Ever since Covid it has been to is way. The concept of FAST food is to pull up, order and get your food. Not sit and wait for them to throw a frozen burger patty in a heat oven.

Every time I go to this McDonald's which is one too many, there's this kid in the drive through and he is so attentive and so nice. This is the one in the corner of Ann and I think line mountain or Craig. In either case aside from the food, the service is simply excellent.
