Wow! First time in a long time where I absolutely PIPING hot food at a McDonald’s! Service was outstanding and the place was spotless!! Great team working tonight I must give them their credit! This might be my go to McDonald’s! And by the way I had a qtr pounder meal!!

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. I got off of work after midnight and I wanted a quick bite to eat and there was a long line in the "drive thru". I come to this location because it's close to my house. I am going to start going to the new one on Craig Road.

Ordered 3 oreo McFlurey's they came out unmixed and they gave us forks to eat them with. They literally gave us a cup of ice cream with oreo crumbled toppings not mixed. No greeting at the window and put out when I asked for spoons.

I ordered 2 McMuffins WITH EGG and asked for a sprite then at the window they gave me a large coke ( I didn’t say anything because it was just a drink it was whatever) but then I got to my job to eat and opened BOTH my McMuffins and they didn’t have EGG I let it slide but my friend went to the same McDonald’s hours later to get breakfast and she ordered her McMuffins WITH egg and her has brown and she received NO HASHBROWN THAT SHE PAID FORRR AND NO EGG ON HER MCMUFFIN EITHER!!!! if you did not have any of that why CHARGE USS!!!! manager needs to do better and coach their associates otherwise DROP YOUR JOB IF YOU CANT DO IT RIGHT AND IF THE ASSOCIATE CANT WORK RIGHT THEN WHY WORK?!?! ?♀️

MCD has a promotion going on right now. If you respond to their survey you get a buy one get one free sandwich. Problem is….you can’t read the receipts. I’ve complained about this to the mgmt and corporate but they don’t do anything about it. Seems like they do this on purpose because giving away freebies probably costs them a bundle. But if the customer can’t read the receipt then no freebies. I’d give this place a zero if it was an option because they’ve also messed up my order so often. Too bad because it’s 1/2 mile from my house…

Went through as a treat to my kids after school. First they were having pretty much anyone with a bigger order than a drink go to the left so their time wouldn’t run up. Then when finally get home to eat with the food. Patties are burnt, all burgers missing pickles, fries can tell that they were older fries to begin with a not crispy at all. The medium fries was barely filled half way and all the food was cold. Normally this location is amazing today left a lot to be desired. When called to let them know didn’t even get my name so it’s written down that I had called in to have food replaced as not able to get it today also didn’t get the managers name I spoke with so I could let them know when I came in that I spoke with them and what they had said.

Excellent deals for the rewards app. ( it's very rewarding) it is junk food, though, so it's alright every now and then.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options would include hotcakes, hashbrown, apple, and cranberry oat meal, fruit, and walnut salad. Any of the McCafe beverages, smoothies, shakes, ice cream sundaes, and Mcflurry. Any of the desserts as well.Dietary restrictions: No salt on fries is an option. You have the option to customize your food how you'd like it.Kid-friendliness: Playland and kid friendly food choices.
