As a person who works customer service (retail) & has family who also works retail AND fast food, it takes ALOT for me to be inpatient & fed up. This place SUCKS! EVERY SINGLE TIME my husband & I come here because of convenience since we live near by, we wait ALWAYS 20 MINUTES OR MORE! Regardless if it’s busy or slow! I highly recommend going elsewhere !

Came today for my lunch waiting 20 min for food and no one called my number. I approached the register and asked but they ignored me so I just said would like my money back my lunch is almost over. And manager walks over with some patience and doesn’t ask why or say sorry for this inconvenience. What a shame that fast foods are losing customers for the lack of customer service.

I was the only customer and literally I waited 5 minutes for ketchup. When I say excuse me few times they acted like Im not here (They was 6 workers near me and they saw me). They just talking eachothers. Chicken was overcooked and colour was dark and taste like plastic. Drinks are no gas. 3 people are enough they do not need 15 workers here if they gonna work like that.

Is a McDonald's, so it isn't too bad, but far more often than not, they will forget something or make something wrong. Don't go out of your way to go here, but if you do, double check the order.
Pulled up at 0245 in the morning, was the only person in the drive thru. It took the workers 5 minutes to notice or respond to me in the drive thru. And then I was offered only 10 piece nuggets or hot and spicey chicken. Saying those were all they had ready. And when did McDonalds stop doing all day breakfast?

This place should be closed or stocked enough because there is never anything! There are no frapes, there is no snow, there is no coffee, there are no feet ? of any. How brave that we wait in a very long line at the drive thru and when you get to order there is nothing!! PLEASE SUPPLY IT WELL! OR BETTER THEY CLOSED, IT'S A SHAME AND BESIDES THERE'S NO STAFF THE ONE WHO CHARGES YOU IS THE SAME ONE WHO RUNS TO SUPPLY YOUR ORDER. WHAT A HORROR!?
