The employees are terrible here

The McDonald's corporation allows this? The manager has a big piece of jewelry attached to his chin beard and it hangs like 5 inches off his chin. I can't believe what im seeing and this person is a terrible manager

Bathroom facilities are disgusting. A Saturday morning at 10am when there had been plenty of time to clean a bathroom but my wife said it was one of the most disgusting bathrooms she has seen in a fast food restaurant.

We stopped at this drive-through thinking it would be a quick bite for our kids after a four-hour drive to Las Vegas. Instead, it turned into a 40-minute wait, only for us to end up with the wrong order. We didn’t even realize it until we were back on the road and at that point, there was no going back. After waiting that long the first time, we weren’t about to risk another 40 minutes all over again just to get what we originally ordered.

The staff didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t seem to care, and acted like the delay was completely normal. The food we did get was cold, the service was painfully slow, and the attitude from the employees was unbelievable. It honestly felt like no one there had any pride in their job or any concern for their customers.

Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location, and sure enough, there are tons of similar complaints. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s a consistent problem with how this place is run.

This experience was so bad that it completely turned us off from McDonald’s as a brand. Not only will we never return to this location, but we’re done with McDonald’s altogether.

Last night about 11pm was the worst customer service I experience.. I waiting about 20mins at the 2nd window while they made all the drive thru orders at once. I probably won't be back
