We stopped at this drive-through thinking it would be a quick bite for our kids after a four-hour drive to Las Vegas. Instead, it turned into a 40-minute wait, only for us to end up with the wrong order. We didn’t even realize it until we were back on the road and at that point, there was no going back. After waiting that long the first time, we weren’t about to risk another 40 minutes all over again just to get what we originally ordered.
The staff didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t seem to care, and acted like the delay was completely normal. The food we did get was cold, the service was painfully slow, and the attitude from the employees was unbelievable. It honestly felt like no one there had any pride in their job or any concern for their customers.
Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location, and sure enough, there are tons of similar complaints. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s a consistent problem with how this place is run.
This experience was so bad that it completely turned us off from McDonald’s as a brand. Not only will we never return to this location, but we’re done with McDonald’s altogether.

Last night about 11pm was the worst customer service I experience.. I waiting about 20mins at the 2nd window while they made all the drive thru orders at once. I probably won't be back

We went to the restaurant on our last day of the trip. We placed all our orders on the digital kiosk, asked for no sauce, less salt, extra pickles, double this and double that, and the kitchen staff heroically ignored every single request. The “no sauce” sandwich arrived with so much sauce it looked like a ship bravely sailing across the mighty seas of Sauceland in search of a new world.
Unlike that ship sailing into the unknown, our visit was neither good nor fun. There are better options in the area.

Highly incompetent. Cannot manage a shift change without getting the drive through backed up. 30 minutes in the queue and nobody even came to the speaker. Ridiculous.

I've been here several times before and it usually is relatively fast but for some reason it took over 15 minutes to get my food today. I went inside ordered quarter pounder meal and 10 piece nuggets. After about 10 minutes of waiting by the register and seeing about five people after me get their food I went up and asked the cashier where my food was. She took my receipt and asked manager about it. They said it would be right out but still took anotget five minutes
