I have been stuck in the drive thru now for over 40 minutes. Unable to pull out because of barriers and a car behind us. They just keep saying give another minute. They seem to be taking about 15-20 min per car to take an order and are not taking another until a car leaves.

Staff here is always nice and friendly to me. Food is good but not always fresh, at least my previous McDouble the bun felt a little firm at a spot, but still very eatable. Nearest location to me, and I'd come here again.

This is mostly about the dining room. It was nasty. There were no clean tables so I had to ask for a table to be wiped. I totally ignored the rolling of the eyes because someone had to do (come to find out) someone else's job🙄 The trash cans were overflowing and there were flies in the window. Upon leaving I got the managers attention and mentioned to him the state of the dining room. He told me the employee who's job it was, was on break🙄 Maybe it's just me but wouldn't before break make more sense. I can't imagine the dining room got that nasty in the time the employee was on break. I wish I had taken pictures🤦

I live in northwest Vegas so I’m not at this location often but the last three times I’ve been here I have spent 20 minutes or more in the drive-through each time during not busy times of day.. Staff is food is good.. but this location has got to be one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to..

This review is mostly about the appearance of the restaurant and its employees and the customer service. I was a customer, I was really concerned when I entered the restaurant and everyone who had beautiful luscious hair, nobody had their hair put up at all. There was one manager who had her hair up in a clip, but besides that even the gentleman that has beautiful, curly hair, everyone’s hair, which is out and about. So I would suggest to be careful and watch your food because that increases the chance of hair being in your food. My other concern was for the customer service as a food, delivery driver. The gentleman at the counter was so polite and very prompt with helping me. But he suggested the order I was picking up. Instead of asking me to confirm who I’m picking up for, when you suggest the order or the name of the person, you’re now making that food available to be picked up by anybody. He did stand there as I did confirm the order in front of him, but it’s so vital for the customers and the delivery drivers to make sure things are confirmed at the restaurant appropriately because it could be the difference between a driver, skiing food, any stranger taking the food, or the customer having to get a refund because they’re not gonna get their food at all.
