Went in around 8:45pm restaurant was dirty not one clean table in sight

I visited your location on Halloween night around 9:15 PM and placed an order for two combo meals along with two additional large fries. At the window, I politely asked if the two combos could be bagged separately so it would be easier to hand the meals to my kids.
I was asked to pull forward, which was no issue. However, when the employee came to my car, she handed me one bag containing all three burgers and four fries and said, “She said no.” I can only assume she was referring to the manager.
This seems like a simple request that could have easily been accommodated. Instead, it came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered poor customer service from what appears to be the same manager.
If separating bags is an unreasonable request, I’d appreciate clarification on your policy. Otherwise, I hope this feedback helps improve the attitude and service provided at this location. Good customer service goes a long way, and if this position isn’t suited for the manager in question, perhaps it’s worth reviewing her role.

We don't like our experience here just right now.. We're sitting for a long time,my whole family and we order in mcdonald apps inside the mcdo.. after I place the order they just canceled it.. I went to the register and ask,and they said they only doing now the drive thru.. It's like we've been sitting there for a long time and they didn't inform us that they gonna do drive thru..If i just didn't ask we're not gonna know.. So disappointed..
When I arrived, I was told by the cashier to “hold on a second, only to be on hold for 7 minutes. I give people multiple chances before coming to a conclusion. After 7 minutes I ordered and got to the window, there was no urgency and an unwarranted attitude. The second window was even worse. She gave me a dirty cup, sticky condiments, and proceeded to not say a word to me, just a stare. Then to top it all off this morning it all came up if you catch my drift.

My burger was sloppy but good and my fries were hot. It did rake forever I think I was in the drive thru for like 25 minutes

Clearly needs a manager who knows how to work a schedule as there is no reason a store should be closing 2 hours early due to being short staffed

Service was a little slow. The order taker seemed to get distracted between customers. She would just stand there and stare off in to space for several minutes after taking someone’s order before moving onto the next customer.

Placed an order online and it went through. The guy just kept shouting “uber or door dash only” and talking over me. They refused to fill my order.

PSA they stop serving dinner at 3 AM
However Google Maps, McDonald’s App and just about anywhere else shows they serve dinner until 5AM
In fact the app doesn’t even allow you to order breakfast until 5AM, when I got to the store was told they’re just not going to fulfill my order and I should get my money back. They said I could order breakfast off the imaginary menu in my head since the drive thru menu doesn’t switch to breakfast until 5AM

this was the best quarter pounder I ever had at McDonald's excellent freshly cooked The time was around 11:00 p.m. and it was excellent. Excellent excellent
