Been going here for a while the girl at the handout window is very rude. She says have a nice day as soon as you get to the window and get your food it’s not in a sincere way. she don’t ask if you need anything else. That’s very poor customer service makes people not want to go back when you’re being rushed at a window. When I ask for jam it’s as if I’m disturbing her… you’re supposed to make your customers feel welcomed you’re numbers will get better if your customer service was better… shitty numbers mean shitty service 🤢

I waited 20 minutes for my food, come find out when you get a table tent and place the number on the checkout machine, they don't go by the tent number. They call out a random number that you never received. I had to go up there to check if my food was ready.

This is my local McDonald's, and being closest to me I'm going here a lot more often than others in the city. I have not had a bad service experience here in a few years as of 2025. The staff is helpful and willing to help and make accommodations. The food is about as good as McDonald's can be so there is never a doubt in my mind that I won't be getting the best out of my money.

I feel for the employees. Who ever owns this McDonald doesn’t care about the employees nor the customers. They are always running out of ice cream, drinks, food you name it they will be out. I feel they are under new ownership. Very sad. I will never go to that location again.

The manager in this location should not be in charge. They let the teen take over the place and does NOTHING about it. The kids tried to take our food and then told manager they did nothing but laugh. Then I checked it and was missing items and they gave me a hard time about it. So my fries were trashed. Don't go to this location for lunch
