The drive thru makes you wait 10 additional minute, parking in another spot on the other side (happen to me three times). Only to bring out food that is cold, not fresh. You would think you’re waiting for fresher French fries and newly prepared burger. Nope burger was cold and barely warm stale fries. Why am I waiting? Two people only in the drive thru. Must be nice to hang out and serve whenever, whatever.

After I placed a mobile order, they had me drive around and wait in the front for five minutes as I was waiting. I decided I wanted to ask for some ketchup and a barbecue sauce. I got out of my car since I was waiting anyways ask for a barbecue sauce she said $.33 and I said OK can I get some ketchup and she said oh we don’t have any a lot of homeless people outside asking for money or food super dirty inside staff ignored me as I was waiting even the girl went outside with my food right in front of me. That’s how much I was ignored went for breakfast today had me waiting and I got 5 burnt hash browns

The customer service is horrible everyone has an attitude problem. I ordered 10 breakfast sandwiches for my family and only 4 of them came with anything on them the other 8 were just bread. Everytime I order here my order is never correct and everyone’s attitudes are ugly. 0/5

I went to my McDonald’s like every day I ordered a coffee with five creamers and today they charm me $62.02 the girl it was nice explaining, but when they bring my food, they didn’t give me the receipt. They charge me more, but I always pay my coffee it was Not ready no creamers out my sandwich. It was missing in my order and I call many times and nobody pick up.
