Food was good today. Service needs to be worked on. Why are employees so rude now and days. Order taker rushed me.

I went into this location two days ago and the customer service. Is horrible the Hispanic man walked passed me twice when I was waiting at the counter wearing bright red shirt the only person by the counter by the way and he purposely walked passed when I was waiting to get an order then another Hispanic male had came to pick up an order and he greets him right away I had to say something the Hispanic worker was very arrogant and nonchalant and gave me a fake apology he needs to get retrained this was two nights ago around 8pm Hispanic boy with black hair

Nothing really negative about the food or service, but the amount of homeless people coming in & asking for money or disturbing the guest & employees is not great.

Waited for my order for 25 min. For McDonald's it's a bit of a joke. No dips (ordered), no napkins or straws provided. Number of health and safety violations witnessed while waiting for the order and the shift manager seemed to be completely nonchalant about it when informed. Do not recommend.

The person gave us wrong order of burger.

We ordered burger without meat.
It was delivered a burger with meat.

The service executive thought what a customer can do.

Let customer goto hell.

This is beyond awful food quality even for McDonald's. I ordered 2 times from this same location through Uber eats. They forgot items on 2 different orders, amongst the fries being old and not crispy at all and the burger being burnt. ABSOLUTELY DESERVES A 1 STAR. If your going to run a McDonald's, make sure you do it right or not at all.

All tables are dirty. Garbage piles up on top of others. Food was only partially packaged. I wouldn't come back. You didn't feel comfortable.

My 4 year old son and I were refused to use the toilet when my son needed to pee because they were cleaning. I had to run into the center with my son to find a toilet. Bad service!

Ordered breakfast burritos, they were ice cold almost frozen, Restaurant would not take responsibility and did not re-make my meal or offer any resolution. Avoid this place!

All the staff are out the back having a grand old time playing with kids happy meal toys. Waited 26 minutes for a burger while watching them doing nothing.
