I had the pleasure of meeting Jacqueline one of the staff members here upfront. She was so nice and courteous and very pleasant. She offered an amazing service and talked to me for a few minutes to a tourist here in Las Vegas Vegas. She is so amazing. It’s good to have here for tourists to talk to and help them out and brighten their day. It’s a must full time position. Thank you Jacqueline for you kind and genuine personality it was a pleasure to talk to you.

Kind of odd McDonald’s but Las Vegas is odd anyway. Just make your way through the ever present Vegas pot smoke and head upstairs after you get your food.

Pricing is more expensive than other spots such as Earl’s. I was surprised milk isn’t offered on the side with the coffee and had to buy it for $1.99. Egg muffin was decent. Service was just okay. I’d look elsewhere for a quick breakfast and coffee.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. It's dirty and the staff are rude. 24 hour opening apparently, yet at midnight there were about 3 burgers available - what a joke. What food they do have was lukewarm at best. Appalling place

“We went to a McDonald’s in Las Vegas with our family for breakfast. The food came out quickly and the place was clean. However, I was surprised to see a staff member using a floor mop to wipe the chairs. Overall, it’s a good place to visit in the morning.”

Not open 24 hours like stated. Walked in at 230am and the guy said closed. If you're closed at 2:30 a.m. on a Saturday then you shouldn't be listed as 24-hour operation.

This McDonalds was in Las Vegas, the prices are different. They don't have the 2 for $6 deal. Service was good

Horrible food and it’s cold my order even right and it’s burnt. If I didn’t have to go to work I would’ve ran to return this burnt trash. Please check your food before you leave..

The rating here is the worst of them all of McDonald's. The store shouldn't have that many homeless inside while coming in and being dead on the strip. It's so dirty in this restaurant. Trash everywhere. I had to wait 15+ minutes for my food. Honestly just don't go there at night. Be safe. I don't recommend this location to anyone........

Came here to get takeway on Boxing Day. It is conveniently located near PH where we stayed. It is a busy location and there are kiosks to order from and you get a number on your receipt and you wait for your order. There are a number of tables and looks like there is also an upstairs to sit.

The kiosks were convenient and there were quite a few so I did not have to wait for one. I like this setup as it allows the staff to just focus on getting the food out. From what I could see the staff were efficient.

I ordered breakfast for the family. Ordered 1 Sausage n Egg McMuffin combo with hash browns and premium roast, 1 Sausage n Egg McMuffin with hash browns, and a sweet ice tea, 1 Big Breakfast and 1 Bacon n Egg McGriddle. The kiosks allows you to add condiments so I got a Honey Mustard for the hash browns but forgot cream and sugar for the coffee!

As I was going through the ordering system I found that coffee at $2.69 for a large is the cheapest on the strip. Will have to come back in the mornings. I took the food to bring back to the hotel to share with the family as they are getting ready for the day. Great experience and the food tasted great. Will come back.

The. Bathroom was dirty, French fries had green spots. Most of the tables were dirty.

Order no Mac no pickles extra cheese I got sauce and no Xtra cheese and cold fries.
Walked all the way back to get in made correctly and got light Lettuce extra sauce extra cheese. I had to use 4 Napkins to wipe it off... hungry mad and disappointed..... DO BETTER

I have had two very negative experiences at this McDonald’s with Jacqueline, a crew trainer. On my most recent visit, I was clearly waiting for help, but she chose to assist other customers who arrived after me instead. Those customers were African American, like Jacqueline, and I was passed over even though I was there first. This made me feel singled out and treated differently because of my race, and the experience came across as racist and discriminatory. As a crew trainer, Jacqueline should be modeling fair and respectful service for everyone, but her behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I am sharing this so management understands the impact of her actions and can ensure that all customers are treated equally, regardless of race or who they are.
