I had a chill but somewhat fast of customer service. I go here a lot so i know the ppl I usually deal with . For the most part this is one of the better McDonald's in the southern Nevada.

This generation of kids act way stupid like we all understand you are very poor and need a job as a kid so why not make the food the way we need it we have to put up with you clowns looking girls and the tortas that eat up all the food like we pay for food give us good service they talk to eat other over the radio and will mess up your order will talk down on you as a worker this is for the owner take action for your business as this lil kids will never do they are only there for free meal and little money to get by i demand good service thank you.

Hi I wanted to leave my report for this McDonald's 1980 N lamb blvd
So today I had a interview set up when I went in for that interview I was stop by a worker and when I told her I had a interview she said I didn't, so I showed her my email which said I had one, after a while I asked for a manager and this worker gonna tell me that the manager is mad so she can't go get them, so I'm thinking I really don't want to work at this McDonald's, like that worker was very rude to me so i asked for her manager number about six times at this point and all she can say is what for. Being in that McDonald's today turn a good day into a bad day if that how 30 minutes in the McDonald's gonna have me feeling then why would i want to work there

Ordered a chicken nugget meal. Three times I asked did you get that and guess what no meal, and of course no one ever picks up the phone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
The worst part is that MANAGEMENT doesn't even care. I literally sat and watched 5 cars on 1 side get served. I asked why I had to wait so long, and instead of being honest, he lied.

Then he got my order wrong, so I asked for a manager, which was a major mistake (female, Spanish descent and rude). NOT 1 PERSON APOLOGIZED. What a waste; now it makes sense why they change employees so often.

Literally sorry but not sorry this location sucks. There was a hair in my fry bag, they try to say that they’re being standard at that location but it must be a new standard because I’ve never dealt with the issues I’ve dealt with here.

Worst service!!! Waited 15
minutes after ordering through the drive through. Store was definitely NOT busy hardly any customers in store. Get food and fries are ice cold and petrified. Who manages this dump? Owner should be ashamed for the terrible service their employees provide. Never again will I order from this establishment.

Every time you try to order at 4am and go through the drive thru. They say they are only serving breakfast, mind you. The screen still has dinner on it. They take 30 mins just so they can switch it up to breakfast. Who is managing this place???

This place is Hella dirty... tablets always full of trash or random sauce stuck on them, trash all over the floor. Restrooms dirty, trash on floor, trash can over filled. For being newish this place nasty.

Went through drive thru this morning lady was rude and impatient. Never had an issue redeeming a reward for a free iced coffee when I have over 6000points on my app. She refused to take my code or help figure out the issue insisting it has already been redeem. My points are still over 6000 before arriving and when leaving. Been using the McDonald's app for years at various locations without a problem.
