So waited in the drive thru just to get to the order window to not be served so I pulled forward to the window and told the worker no one answered me to take my order.. not only did I wait almost 30 mins in line when I got my sundae it was half filled. I’m pregnant and one of my simple pleasures is an ice treat I was very disappointed. If you don’t like your job maybe you should work els were. I get some days are better then others but you all made my unborn child angry 😠she wanted a full hot fudge sundae….. do better thank you..

I come here everyday after work for a Diet Coke and typically a double cheese burger because my situation is complicated and it’s quick eats. The food always tastes great and I understand that it’s made fresh, but order in person, drive-thru or online I’ll be parked and made to wait for 10-20 minutes. I’m burning gas or burning up in my car because of their dedication to their drive-times & I do understand that they’re important but you cannot anticipate a happy crowd waiting in their gas guzzlers for 20 minutes at a time. This has happened to me so many times I couldn’t even count it and typically with quarter pounders. I’m very friendly with the staff because I work in fast food and I understand that things can get rough, but the teenage boys that work here are incredibly rude and they all have attitude problems. The girls are all typically pretty friendly. The lobby’s usually rather dirty and the wait can be egregious. I order $6 worth of food and I’m parked for 15 minutes regularly. Sometimes there are no cars and the parking lots empty and sometimes the lots full and so are their spots. If you’re crunched for time/money/gas I wouldn’t waste it here. The staff is very rude when they’re having a bad day. I’ll ask for a receipt and be told to go to the next window only for the employee at the window to take five minutes retrieving said receipt because nothing was communicated.

can't make this up. my cheeseburger smelt like feces as soon as i opened the wrapper up. the kid in side was laughing and pointing at my bag of food as they handed it out talking to the other worker felt like a set up. threw all the food away. there was brown flakey stuff on my fires. as if they tossed them on to the ground. i'm disgusted and ABSOLUTELY will not return to this location again.
No customer assistance slow and food was not worth the wait and moneys paid.

I went today and it took 25 minutes to recieve my order from inside. The lady working at the counter around 230pm need customer service training she seems as if she doesn't like her job. The food was cold the soda was watered down due to it sitting on the back counter for 20 minutes.

They didn't put my Pies in the bag for my GrubHub order, though I was charged $4.20 and GrubHub refused to refund my money. This is McDonald's second time sending out an incomplete order, 1st time was my 10pc nuggets... I'm Extremely Dissatisfied

Ordered 10 nuggets and 2 double cheeseburgers. Made it home, turned on the TV and opened the bag to find only one burger. Went back to get the second, back home again, and they couldn't even add the proper amount cheese. It tastes stale and dry. This location is by far the worst McDonald's in town. Can't wait for it to close.
