I had a chill but somewhat fast of customer service. I go here a lot so i know the ppl I usually deal with . For the most part this is one of the better McDonald's in the southern Nevada.

Ordered ahead and went through the drive thru. After waiting for the car in front, which would stop every few feet (could clearly see they were on the phone) took almost 10 minutes to get to the pick up window. Food was thrown in the bag and then tossed to me. When I asked for a cup holder I got a sigh and a eye roll. After getting my food I pulled into a parking spot to check to make sure everything was there to find out missing 2 sandwiches and had to go inside to wait for someone...

They have a tall enclosed booth here, can't recall seeing any other McDonald's designed like this one. But said on the kiosk they weren't serving dine-in orders for some reason, even though people were eating in the lobby. They also charge for extra lettuce, (which only half or less of McDonald's restaurants do). I find it petty when they don't put enough as it is.
