I got a breakfast sandwich at 8:00 in the morning and unfortunately it was cold but I had already left so I ate it anyway. I think I just found it hard to believe that at 8:00 in the morning for breakfast sandwich would be cold.

One of the better McDonald’s in Vegas area. The manager is very attentive and resolves issues quickly. I had a curbside pick up order that took over 27 minutes. I can’t fault them bc it was the app. The app said my order was still being prepared and I was parked in the shade due to the heat for about 5 minutes after the order and moved to my spot shortly after I ordered the meal when my notification said my order was about to be delivered. 20+ minutes after as I was sitting in my spot the food didn’t come out so I went inside and the manager realized that I had missed my food order.
She quickly reheated my fries and brought me out my happy meals!
Because it was the BTS happy meal I asked if she had a couple of the figurines of BTS that I was missing and gave me an additional one bc I had such a long wait.
That was so kind of her and I almost finished my BTS collectibles bc of her.
I will be back!

I really wish McDonald’s would get it together. With all their new upgrades they are 10x slower than before. Ordering delivery is horrendous. I’m waiting to pick up the order and I can literally see it sitting on the counter not under a heat lamp and I can’t get to it because there is no one at the front. MCDONALDS THIS IS TO YOUR REGIONAL MANAGER AS WELL AS STORE MANAGERS ALWAYS MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE AT THE FRONT!!!!!

Ridiculously overpriced...
I have been sitting in their drive thru for the past 30 minutes and it's currently taking them about 10 minutes for each car. Also only one side is open to order but there is no sign...you'll just sit there until you realize all of the other cars are being serviced. This place deserves a ZERO! I've written this and I still have at least 15 more minutes to wait. I started this review at 8:30pm after waiting about 30 minutes and now we're just getting our food at 8:47 and the food is cold! Sad!!!

Today, I ordered a Happy Meal, and the online menu indicated that it came with a Lil toy. However, when I later checked, the Lil toy was not included, and there was a different toy instead. I went back to the store to confirm, and the staff told me it was sold out. If I had been informed at pickup, I wouldn’t have made another trip.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that the nugget sauce was missing as well. I don’t think I will be returning to this location again.

Placed an order for curbside, app said I didn’t enter parking number so I had to go to counter or drive thru. Decided to do drive thru but was told they didn’t have my order. When I went up to the window and showed the kid he went back to check and then came back and said “yeah so you messed up you were supposed to pick it up at the counter.” Uhm excuse me sir, app says counter OR drive thru… okay whatever I get my food only to see they messed up the one single burger I ordered… a double cheese no onions, to my surprise there was onion EVERYWHERE… literally everywhere.. the top bun, inside the burger AND between the two burger patties.. I also got an unexpected surprise of eggs… cmon I ordered at 12pm on Sunday how is there still egg?!? I go back in and ask for a manager and of course there’s no manager (it’s the afternoon and rush how is there no manager?!) AND as soon as I walked in, a man who had been dining in went up to the counter to tell them there wasn’t bacon on his bacon quarter pounder.. anyways this is a terrible McDonalds. Hire people that can do a simple job. If they don’t like the job tell them to go somewhere else.. kinda pathetic if you can’t do a simple job ..

The stuff is garbage. Seems like they rush through everything the patties are not centered on the bun there's no sauce on the bottom it's just a dry piece of bread with a piece of meat that seems to have been cooked several times over what a disgrace

The food that I ordered was good and hot, but just like so many other McDonald’s here in Las Vegas, they do not fill up the fry container. Why even order a large fry if they are going to fill it either only halfway or 3/4 of the way. I would completely stop even buying fries from McDonald’s, but my daughter really loves them. But every time very disappointed.
I ordered on the app 6 breakfast items at 10:56 AM. I drove to McDonald’s and was in the drive-through to pick up the food by 11:01 After waiting for five minutes to be served, they told me there was a problem with my order. So I waited another five minutes in line for them to tell me Because it’s after 11 o’clock, I can’t get my meals.
They informed me that they do not prepare online orders until you arrive because I arrived after 11 o’clock. They refused to serve me my breakfast items. The general manager, whose face you see in the picture got belligerent and threaten to call the police on me if I didn’t leave the drive-through.
He made up some crazy story about the temperature of the lunch food had to be served at a different temperature than the breakfast food and the health department had rules against it. On top of that, the app kept sending me updates to go get my food. The last picture.
