Would give a zero if I could. Ordered 3 ice cream cones and a McFlurry. Was told to wait for 2 cones while 3 cars behind me got their food, including someone who got 2 cones. Manager then says the machine is down and tells me, “Do you want a refund or your ice cream? If you want your ice cream, get back in your car and wait.” If this was any other franchise they would be closed.

Kiosks are glitchy and don't provide full menu options. Interior is unfriendly, very sad feeling and not very inviting.

It's 8 pm and they closed the lobby. There are teenagers hanging out inside. All the door are locked. It's just insane that they hire people who don't want to work. The drive thru is backed up to 7 eleven and alot of ppl standing outside trying to go eat. Not to mention one drive thru lane is open. This is suppose to be a fast food chain. We have to wait over 30 mins for a meal. When ask why is the lobby closed. A young male replied, because it is. Do better and stop hiring kids who don't care about service.
