Worst McDonald’s ever. Never in my 50 years of eating food I’ve never been so incomprehensibly disappointed. I got to my local McDonald’s and sat down for a nice lunch. And a HOMELESS FENT ADDICT with ranch on his lips sat down on my table and started eating my food. DISGUSTING! Not only that, but there was a napkin in my sandwich! I my child could’ve choked and died. Have fun going bankrupt for not knowing how to make sandwiches correctly.

Wish I could give zero stars. Every time I come here they ALWAYS manage to mess up my order. Pretty sure they can’t read their mobile orders right because I ordered two McDoubles and I got one McDouble and one hamburger plain. Very disappointed at the service, or lack there of….

There is no service, you order at a screen, and pick food up at a window. Forget wanting anything changed or asking questions as you never see anyone until your order is ready. Absolutely hated this stop.

I was given Cold from an hour ago nuggets. Drove thru at 1030pm. They handed me the bag pictured, all they did was add my big mac which was also poorly made... I tried telling the manager the issue she just grab the bag and walk away saying no this not it... I know that bag and those nuggets were an hour old because I was in the store an hour prior and saw the bag my self on the front counter... the sticker on the bag clearly says 9:38pm aswell.. I requested my receipt since I wasn't given one the 1st time I drove thru, they tried parking me just to print a receipt smh.

Multiple times that they always have our mobile orders messed up. If you buy 20 pc nuggets, you'll get 10. Buy 40 and you'll get 20. Every single time I buy nuggets, this happens. It's annoying having to come back to get the rest of my mobile order and looking like I'm there to get free food when they didn't put the correct amount in my bag! Waste of gas and time. Though the crew is nice and accommodating to fix the errors, it should not be this way in the first place. Wish they pay more attention, double check and count quantities to avoid the hassle.
We waited about 10 minutes for 2 drinks and French fries. It wasn't very busy. I don't like that there is no one at the front counter except to bring you your order. You have to ask for everything at the counter, napkins, ketchup straws.

Food quality is horrible!! I have gone to this McDonalds 4 times (this time being the last). Every single time the food is soggy, cold, and awful!!You are better off going to the one on Farm Rd!!
