Not confused at all about the low rating. 1st, traffic flow to this location is terrible. If you are heading west on Sky Canyon...no problem...easy in and out. Heading east? Sucks. 2nd, all they have are kiosks to place your own order and personally I suck at it and it takes me forever. I don't like them (even though I know exactly why McDonalds needs to use them.) Staff was pretty nice, but $11 for two Big Macs? Disappointing. Quality has improved a bit but it’s still MacD’s anyway you slice it.Also am I at Starbucks or Ikea? Thats the impression I get. Miss the family/ kid friendly ambiance they used to have.

So we have had horrible experiences deserving of a 1 star review - but we have also received great service plenty of times.So...
