Worst mcdonald's they never have anything ready foods cold and always gets the order wrong I tried calling multiple times and they hang up on me every time rude employees

Slow service, rude employees and not very clean! It was a terrible time and felt sick afterwards.... I remember just 5 years ago this was one of my favorite McDonald's, but it's definitely changed and not for the best!

This particular location is absolutely the worst. The management and staff are extremely rude and not properly trained in customer service, especially the management and a lot of the communication issues are due to the fact that a majority of the employees speak little English or cannot understand let alone speak any English at all.. it's horrible! This location is infamous for messing up my order no matter what it is or the time if day and when you try to address the issue for their mess up they are rude and treat you like the problem or mess up was your fault and a few times refused to replace or refund me my money. Try calling the store is nearly impossible, they NEVER answer and when they do it's someone who can't speak Englidh and hang up on you! 🤬
When you do manage to speak to a manager on the phone which is rare, they supposedly put your name in a book but when you go in to get your replacement food even with reciept in hand with the name of the person that you spoke with... they can't find your name and treat you like your a thief trying to get free food! 🤬 it's insulting and humiliating to say the least.
Today my Daughter went to pick up lunch for us and asked them to drop everything fresh, nothing was fresh!

1 large fry no salt..(not fresh & cold)
1 mcdouble, no salt, no pickle (it had pickles) and it certainly was not fresh. It was extremely dried out and burnt. GROSS!

2 large cokes. Watered down as if they were sitting there for a long time because the ice was almost completely melted.

To keep it 100. Customer Service suck here. Yea it’s clean. With homeless inside and out. It’s not the best play place to take your kids. They don’t clean the play area. I get that this location is on the east side. It’s crazy 15 cents for sauces. On the strip it’s free. This place needs better customer service. Fast food. Talk about trash foods. I would recommend going somewhere else. Cuz this location is not the best location.

The service is very bad the employees are very rude and ignorant, half my order was missing and trying to get someone to get me the rest of my food was a problem I asked for my receipt after it not printing at the kiosk and they just kept saying I didn't need it

McDonald’s at the location on Las Vegas Blvd. and (Nellis) are unprofessional. Morning manager is extremely unprofessional as he laughs in my face when I voice my frustrations about my experience. He refuses to give his name stating they’re not obliged to wear name tags or identify themselves at this location. If this was an employee he would’ve been talked to and dealt with in the correct manner but for a manager or supervisor to act this way is unacceptable. Called to make a complaint over the phone about their watered down sweet tea and was told by the manager that it takes 24 hours to run out of that canister of sweet tea which was a blatant lie. When I asked for that manager‘s name he said he cannot give names over the phone. When I drove back up there to get his name he repeated the same thing and walked to the back of the restaurant laughing at me. Said just refer to him as the morning manager. I’m upset that me being frustrated at the customer service i received is amusing to this manager and this is unacceptable. He needs better training.

I ordered a Double Quarter pounder and it taste like burnt charcoal and it's very dry. Very disappointed with this location almost every time my fries are half cooked as well. Need new manager !

As a customer that needs to use a restroom, shouldn’t have to sit here and wait 20 minutes while they’re running around like chickens with their head cut off to get into the restroom. They should just have a button making press. I understand there’s high school kids at vandalize it, but even when you let the kid in who is the stop them from vandalizing it.

As a customer, this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the Las Vegas Valley

Got breakfast mcgriddles and had an off smell and tasted like chlorine. Made me vomit and now I’m in the hospital waiting for treatment. I don’t recommend here to nobody!!
