I like McDonald especially for breakfast but it took them 7mins to give me the food and I was laye to my work. Move to other store is my othe option.

Tried using the app to get the free fries the lady at the drive-thru didn't put the code in right so then I had to redo the code but of course on the app then I have to wait 15 minutes to go ahead and be able to do my free French fries code will I waited then I went around to try and get the free fries and it says I have to wait another 15 minutes and they can't even help me get my free fries even though they're the reason I had to wait also didn't give me my receipt, how convenient

After shopping at Smiths, I decided to pick up a sandwich from McDonald's in the same parking lot. When I walked in, I was going to turn around and walk out because it was so busy, but I stayed and ordered anyway. I had to order from the machine because it was too busy for the one young man working front counter while everyone worked the drive thru and prepare food. He politely told the front counter customers to order from the machine on the dining room simply because he was the only one working front counter; at the same time he was making sure the workers get the order together and get them out to the customers. It was dinner rush around 6:45pm. Let me tell you, he did great!!! He constantly told the front counter customers to be patient with him while he do his best to take care of each and every one of us including Door Dash and UberEATS!!! He kept his cool and thanked each and every customer for their patience!! When my order was ready, I made sure I let him know he was doing just fine. Hopefully he will continue to keep his cool while he get through the dinner rush! That is one hard working young man! I give him a TEN PLUS for his excellent customer skills!! Next time I won't be so skeptical of visiting during dinner rush knowing there is someone there that knows how to handle himself working under pressure!! Fabulous job to your dinner crew!!

I visited the drive-thru at approximately 10:15 AM and ordered four items. From the start, the cashier’s tone was noticeably annoyed. When I requested two hash browns, she rudely corrected my pronunciation, which I found unnecessary and offensive. When she handed me the order, she closed the window immediately—no offer of sauces or any basic courtesy typically provided at other McDonald’s locations. She did not say “have a great day” until after a pause, seemingly realizing the behavior was inappropriate. I chose not to create a scene or delay the line, but this experience was unprofessional. I’m requesting that this be addressed promptly and that the employee be coached on respectful communication and standard hospitality (offering condiments, closing with courtesy) and take accountability of her actions. Thank you.

These workers on care about the product that they put out at all no matter what time of day I go I get nasty food breakfast lunch or dinner every time I get a hash brown it seem like it's been sitting there the entire morning. Burger always thrown together french fries always cold soda does not come out of the dispenser mixed well at all the workers will have an attitude as if their name is McDonald's when you complain about food or you look a certain way at them because of the products they put together and handed it to you to eat would you eat it yourself try producer food for the customers in your neighborhood that will have us coming back for more

I am absolutely APPALLED!! My Big Mac patty was RAW! Can you believe it? I accidentally took a bite, and didn't realize it until after I swallowed two huge bites. Now, I'm sitting here in the hospital because of their negligence! And let me tell you, their customer service was so awful it caused me to have a complete breakdown. They actually yelled at me for asking for a simple ranch dressing and a refill. And don't even get me started on the atmosphere. There was a child throwing up everywhere, and it got on some of my food. I am utterly disgusted. As if that wasn't enough, there was a homeless man stealing people's food right in the drive-through. The seats were sticky, and the floors were clearly not mopped in ages. I do not recommend this disgusting, nasty place to anyone. I'm telling all my friends and posting this everywhere! 🤢🤢🤢
