I ordered a bunch of food Saturday for Monday Delivery I gave them directions the name of apartment I was told I would have it at 8:00 am I have called left messages I have text the paper work I have text a number of times and no answer they don’t respond back. Here it is 7:30 pm and I have to call my bank they were quick to take the money but not deliver. I got the number from my gym they use them and there service and customer service is horrible.

Wanted to love this but I’m pretty disappointed. I’ve tried a couple of the meals so far and they’re very bland. They don’t taste at all like they’re listed as. For example - TERIYAKI salmon does not taste like teriyaki at all. And I’m a big fan of healthy eating so it’s not the fact that it’s healthy that’s the problem lol. Added a star because communication is great and delivery was hassle free.

I’ve been using this meal prep service for a few months now and I love it! Ordering is easy, their delivery service is reliable, they always have a special of the week (which never disappoints), and all their food is delicious. I’ve tried other meal prep services, but their meals are never as fresh. With 702 prep I can rely on fresh Food that tastes great and no hassle!
