The injera is good and the people are nice but DO NOT BUY LAMB from this place. I made the mistake of doing that twice and when I took it home 75 percent of the "meat" is bones, fat, tendons, etc...and it's very tough. I wouldn't even use it for kikel. በጉን አትግዙ
Just passing through and got a great gored gored (one of the best I've had in a while) and Ambo water to go, and got to practice some Amharic. Friendly staff there and the place is very nice with easy parking.
Recently my dentist removed all my teeth and I find it difficult to eat as usual with out my teeth. Melkam Ethiopian restaurant treated me as a family when I explain that I needed special kind of food .without a problem I found my place. I was satisfied with their special plate called Agelgel . Thank you Melkam.
