Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I came on a weekend at 1055am. Realized it was still closed untill 11am. Waited until 1105am. No one was there and doors were still locked. Left around 1120am, still closed. We need better ice cream at DTS. This place is dirty and terrible anyway.

WARNING;⚠️ Curly haired guy at the front was very rude and unapologetic for a birthday cup he would not honor after 10 years of being a customer. I will never go back again to menchie's. I hope others will not support this store or behavior. Happy Holidays.

Delicious and great attention

This location is always filthy. The staff doesn’t bother to clean the machines or the toppings area. No matter what time of the day I go there it’s never clean. We asked a staff member to wipe down a table and she said they were supposed to do it the night before and she never cleaned it for us. The management is never around to see how dirty it is.

Never going there again. Rude employee there completely shoved us out of line just so he can get his online order prepared. I’ve never seen anything like this. How did this kid get hired?

Love this place. Got a huge bowl and only payed 6 dollars compared to the 10 I would pay somewhere else. Tarte flavor is the best.

Staff member was VERY rude to my brother. Seemed to be having a bad day. Started cussing him out and falsely accused him of breaking a spoon last time we were here and claimed he was on camera?? We asked to see the footage and he said in a rude tone to “never mind forget about it, but we have you guys on camera”. We did not feel welcome.

Rude employee cussed at me today and falsely accused me of breaking a spoon the last time I was there, making me feel unwelcome. Never going back again.

I love this place I take my daughter here on a regular basis. They let you try the flavors, and they are all delicious. Place is always clean and staff are friendly.

Costumer service was horrible. There was a girl behind the counter with attitude. Store was dirty. Most of the toppings were mixed up. Not recommended.

My friend and I decided to try Menchie’s for the first time. We both love our frozen yogurt and love yogurtland. However, Menchie’s was the closest frozen yogurt place so we thought we’d give it a try.

To start off, walking in, I noticed there wasn’t really a rhythm, like where to start. Felt like everyone was just cutting everyone. Kids running around back and forth and the floors were sticky. It didn’t feel sanitary. No greetings from the employees either which I’m not the person to expect a greeting, but even checking out with the cashier, they were not inviting.

The flavors of the frozen yogurt didn’t taste fresh in a way. The toppings were messy. My friend is allergic to nuts and there were toppings mixed in with others so she couldn’t get any. Overall, we both didn’t like our bowls and ended paying almost $7 and ended up throwing it away somewhere else.

Okay I have to share… this is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. Went to this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Took a chance because it had a low yelp review. I ordered the marshmallow flavor frozen yogurt and put Reese’s candy + Reese’s peanut butter sauce topping and it was absolutely delicious. Also, it was very affordable in my opinion. The cashier was friendly and made me laugh. Also… cute spoon to go with! Overall excellent experience. If I’m ever back in Vegas, I will pay another visit. Thank you!
