Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Never going there again. Rude employee there completely shoved us out of line just so he can get his online order prepared. I’ve never seen anything like this. How did this kid get hired?

Love this place. Got a huge bowl and only payed 6 dollars compared to the 10 I would pay somewhere else. Tarte flavor is the best.

Staff member was VERY rude to my brother. Seemed to be having a bad day. Started cussing him out and falsely accused him of breaking a spoon last time we were here and claimed he was on camera?? We asked to see the footage and he said in a rude tone to “never mind forget about it, but we have you guys on camera”. We did not feel welcome.

Rude employee cussed at me today and falsely accused me of breaking a spoon the last time I was there, making me feel unwelcome. Never going back again.

I love this place I take my daughter here on a regular basis. They let you try the flavors, and they are all delicious. Place is always clean and staff are friendly.

Costumer service was horrible. There was a girl behind the counter with attitude. Store was dirty. Most of the toppings were mixed up. Not recommended.

My friend and I decided to try Menchie’s for the first time. We both love our frozen yogurt and love yogurtland. However, Menchie’s was the closest frozen yogurt place so we thought we’d give it a try.

To start off, walking in, I noticed there wasn’t really a rhythm, like where to start. Felt like everyone was just cutting everyone. Kids running around back and forth and the floors were sticky. It didn’t feel sanitary. No greetings from the employees either which I’m not the person to expect a greeting, but even checking out with the cashier, they were not inviting.

The flavors of the frozen yogurt didn’t taste fresh in a way. The toppings were messy. My friend is allergic to nuts and there were toppings mixed in with others so she couldn’t get any. Overall, we both didn’t like our bowls and ended paying almost $7 and ended up throwing it away somewhere else.

Okay I have to share… this is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever had. Went to this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Took a chance because it had a low yelp review. I ordered the marshmallow flavor frozen yogurt and put Reese’s candy + Reese’s peanut butter sauce topping and it was absolutely delicious. Also, it was very affordable in my opinion. The cashier was friendly and made me laugh. Also… cute spoon to go with! Overall excellent experience. If I’m ever back in Vegas, I will pay another visit. Thank you!

Best frozen yogurt in Summerlin! I do taste a unique flavor or two but always get the yummy vanilla flavor with graham cracker crumbs, cookie dough topping and marshmallow cream! It's soooo good! Great friendly service, clean floors and several flavors to choose from I love their pink spoons, too!

This was my first time at the location. I stopped in hoping to find some different flavors that my neighborhood Menchie’s doesn’t offer. Two female employees were sitting on the counter and one of the two was using the sample cups eating froyo. A health inspector would have had a field day.

This location is the smallest I have been to in the country. It’s literally like a hole in the wall for those that understand the expression. You get the froyo behind where the register is to checkout. There were 5 of us in the store trying to get froyo.

There’s lots of topping choices, such as fresh fruit, cheesecake pieces, etc. The fruit didn’t appear to be chilled and looked like it needed to be replaced.

While other locations have a small, medium, and large size cups. This location only has the large size cup. Hopefully, you just ran out and waiting on an order to come in. Otherwise, this is horrible.

Tips for the manager or owner—retrain your employees, let them know they should not be snacking on the froyo while working, no sitting on the counter, greet and thank customers.

This is the third time I've come, before 10pm, and all these times they are closing or cleaning the machines. today I came at 8:30pm and half of the ice cream dispensers were closed. Apparently the employees want to leave early, terrible management

We love Menchies, but this location is not it. 7 of 12 flavors were out of order, syrups were all out. Condiments were full, but otherwise I'll stick with Skye Canyon
