The most disappointing part of this review is that I can't rate it higher. The food is excellent, the owner is kind and polite, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. If you like good food and atmosphere this is the place to go!

So glad we decided to stop by here. Amazing food, great service, we loved everything! Truly appreciate the owner, we could see that he takes care or everything & he does an awesome job. He even offered us complimentary sushi, which was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

I have been wanting to try this place and have stopped by at 11am on Saturdays twice now and it is never open. Even after I wait there 15mins, still not open. Their hours on their door says opens at 11am as well as their website. I see reviews being posted even up to 3 weeks ago, but I have a hard time finding that this business is still open.

Hands down best ramen restaurant in Las vegas!!! Owner works solo( front of house to kitchen chef). True hidden gem. Everything from the appetizer to ramen is delicious. I ordered the Musashi Ramen which is their signature and the broth was superb. It is a broth is so silky smooth and flavorful that I finished the broth every time. I also got the spicy curry rice and it tastes better than Zen Curry without a doubt. The resturant is normally quiet which I also like because the music isn't blasting so it's a very. Relaxing environment. Please give this place a try, I really recommend this place and I never write reviews

In the corner of Rainbow and Tropicana Menya Musashi opened its doors and cementing that they are one of the ever growing go-to places for ramen. I went in the afternoon when the crowd was few and went straight to order their signature Musashi, 6 piece takoyaki and sushi rolls. I immediately love the broth it’s creamy and flavorful. The noodles springy. Chasu was soft and tasty . It’s the best place to go for lunch when you’re craving for ramen.

I will only care about good food, i dont care how the service is. Ramen is just ‘ok’. I had the Mushashi ramen, it look good visually. Only downside for me, the broth is way too mild, noodle is not an authentic Hakata style, and noodles was serverd too soft.
As a big fan of Hakata style ramen, this is a disappoinment, especilaly with how high the review is. This is definitely not a 4.9/5 rated ramen!

This place seems to be earning the reviews by the friendly service, so be aware. The food needs improvement, I couldn't taste the soup base, and the soup wasn't hot enough which are both crucial for ramen. Bathroom needs to be cleaned. Also it was a slow service probably because of 1 person doing all, and we received a wrong item. He served us 2 free rolls which was very nice. I hope this business keeps up with the high rating.

A REAL HIDDEN GEM!
If you're a Ramen enjoyer, this is the best place to go. First off, the service was wonderful! I believe he was also the owner, but he took my siblings and I's order and assisted us throughout. Very professional and polite.
Secondly, the FOOD! AHHHHH IT WAS SO GOOD. Because we came in during a slow period, our server also gave us sushi that wasn't on the menu and it was incredible. But the RAMEN, my god- I have been to many Ramen places in Vegas and this one immediately shot up to my favorite. It wasn’t vegetarian, all pork/chicken broths, but it was so so good.
I got the Spicy Butter Miso Ramen and oh boy, it was wonderful! It was beautifully warm with just the slightest bit of heat. Definitely could be spicer, but their was chili oil on the table and I'm certain you could ask for it to be hotter.
And my final note- the restaurant was clean and quiet! I'm hard of hearing (half deaf in my right ear) and struggle immensely in almost every restaurant to hear/interact with the people I go to the restaurants with! But here, I could actually enjoy very quiet music while hearing my siblings!
This was an incredible experience, 10/10, forever getting ramen here. Please treat yourself and give this place the chance it deserves. :3 <3
