First, I love how friendly and attentive the server is. The place is very peaceful and quiet just how I like it (mo). Beautiful lanterns and cute chili oil pots. I ordered a classic shoyu ramen and takoyaki, and my boyfriend ordered the musashi ramen, very delicious! I highly recommend this place. Oishi

This place is great! My boyfriend and I ordered the gyoza, classic shoyu ramen, and lemon sea salt ramen. The gyoza was fried so it was nice and crispy, and the dipping sauce was perfect. The lemon sea salt ramen broth was like a homemade chicken soup, perfect if you're feeling under the weather! The lemon slices are a nice sour touch, and they're really soft since they're in the hot soup. The classic shoyu ramen broth was light and flavorful! The chashu pork in both bowls were super soft, veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the eggs were cooked perfectly (I added the egg to the lemon ramen). Lastly, the owner is super nice and friendly! We'll definitely be coming back here. Best place for a nice simple ramen bowl

My friend recommended and this place and commented that it’s one of the best ramen restaurants in town. That’s high praise knowing Vegas has a ton of great ramen spots. Man, he was right. Menya is run by one person and he doesn’t miss any beat. He’s attentive and pleasant. The ramen is out of this world good. The restaurant is quaint and unassuming but do not let the facade fool you: this place is good.

THE BEST ramen i have had from the noodles to the broth to the meat. everything was exceptional. the pork in the ramen melted! and normally i like to be able to chew my meatba little but the way the broth was infused into the meat and the way it just melted was a fabulous experience.. i would definitely go extra servings of pork on my next trip, i do not care what it costs.. this place was not even busy at all.. but i have a feeling it wil be so if you want to experience the best before its packed and serving times are a lot longer.. i would go now! definitely coming back.. and i live 45 minutes away.

We went here to try a new ramen spot, and were not disappointed, one of the top 5 in flavors. We both had their signature Musashi ramen, and it was delicious! The flavor of the broth, the chashu, and the egg were mouthwatering, and we believe it's because of the umami oil flavor, which makes it unique! We also had the gyoza, it didn't have any garnish, but it still tasted pretty good. Overall, very impressed w/the rich flavor of the ramen! They also have a punch card for a free ramen after 10, it's a nice detail. Highly recommend trying this spot, will come for more!! The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star was because the interior is a bit simple and plain, but not bad overall, they might still be adding more items.

Tried the musashi ramen. Very authentic clean and light broth. Noodles cooked well. If you've tried ichiran ramen from Tokyo, the noodles were about a medium firmness. Had the takoyaki as an appetizer. Probably the best takoyaki I've had in Vegas. The owner was extremely friendly, apparently moved here from Tokyo recently.

Great service and authentic ramen. Would say it competes against most ramen spots in japan. I hope they succeed!

Delicious ramen with great flavor and awesome noodles. The karaage is authentic and was just so tender and juicy. Great service and will definitely be back soon.

Best Ramen in Las Vegas. I visited here for the first time yesterday for lunch and was impressed. I had to come back tonight with my wife and we both loved it. The Musashi ramen was fantastic.I've been to Japan and fell in love with Ramen there. Menya Musashi is tying my favorite from my weeks in Osaka, Tokyo, and Okinawa.I won't be remotely surprised when this place becomes a big hit. I live close by and am stoked to try the rest of the menu.Wheelchair accessibility: It would not be challenging to navigate in a wheelchair. No stairs/change of height or significant door jams.

This is a new authentic Japanese Ramen spot in the Spring Valley area, and I can 100% say my husband and I approve! The inside is spacious and has 8 tables with four seats each, which can easily be put together for larger groups. We found the Japanese owner attentive, kind, and funny. We ordered the Takoyaki as an appetizer, the Neo Tonkatsu Ramen, and the Lemon Salt Ramen. The owner gave us a free spring roll along with our Takoyaki, which was very kind of him. Now, onto the food review: Takoyaki: There were 6 large pieces topped with bonito flakes. Each ball was piping hot and had a generous portion of octopus. Out of all the takoyaki I've had in Las Vegas, this is the closest I have had to the ones in Japan (namely from Osaka area). My husband does not like seafood but he enjoyed the taste and texture of the takoyaki. I give it a 5 out of 5. Neo Tonkatsu Ramen: It comes with standard ramen toppings (egg, pork chasiu, bamboo, bean sprouts) and a generous portion of noodles. My husband usually orders extra noodles, but there was no need to this time. The broth itself is on the lighter side and did not have a heavy oily taste, which my husband likes since a lot of oil can mess up his gut. Also, the pork chasiu was DELICIOUS! We give it a 5 out of 5. Lemon Salt Ramen: Lemon-broth ramen is not a common dish, so of course I had to try it. And it delivered! Alongside the standard ramen toppings, it came with two slices of lemon and had a light lemon taste in the broth--which gave the broth a refreshing taste. Like the Neo Tonkatsu Ramen, there was a generous portion of noodles and the broth was not oily and heavy on the gut. I told the owner that this ramen is PERFECT for those with colds because of the lemon properties, and that I would definitely get this again on our next visit. I give this a 5 out of 5. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this new ramen spot and hope to see them earn more business soon. The owner also gave us a stamp card where you get your 10th ramen order free.

Food was amazing, very authentic. I liked that it's not super oily and the broth is very light. The owner is very kind and welcoming. He made my wife and I feel at home. Restaurant was very clean and it has ample space. I tried the neo tonkotsu ramen and my wife had lemon sea salt ramen. Both ramen were very good and distinct. Definitely recommend this place before it's gets crowded and it deserves to get crowded! We also loved the takoyaki.
