Fresh breads (Hot Pandesal for $4,50 a dozen), Ube Pan De Sal for $6.50 - 6 pieces).Store is clean and conveniently located inside Island Pacific. Service staff are friendly and up to par.

This review is for their ube pandesal. I love ube pandesal and the pandesal part of it is delicious however I don't care for the filling inside. It seems like that they cut a block of cream cheese and stuffed it inside an ube pandesal. The cream cheese does not melt so when you take a bite in the center, all you get is a chunk of cream cheese. I removed majority of the cream cheese and then I was able to eat it. If you're looking for ube pandesal, I do recommend but expect that as a filling.

Have tried a handful of their products...Excellent carioca. THE BEST. I like the jackfruit filled ones. The pichi pichi is also very very good!!! Recommend!!The poor items are: buko pie and the ube crinkle cookies. Both have no flavor. Zero. I had 3 other (Filipino) people try them. They all agreed these items sucked. The ube crinkle cookies had NO ube flavor!!! Just tasted flour-y. Stick to Filipino stuff!! The buko pie tasted only of cornstarch!!! Ewwww. Who buys this??? I can't imagine anyone liking either of these, let alone have repeat buyers of this stuff. Still, will try their other items, just stay clear of the buko pie and ube crinkle cookies!!!

Regular pandesal, ube pandesal, TURON, bitso bitso, egg pie, buko pie, taho, baked siopao are def better than Valerios and CHEAPER too esp the turon 89 cents vs $1.50 @ valerios like wth?!? Not a huge fan of puto tho but will still come back for more goods. Employees are nicer now than before. Am I worried about them wearing gloves or not? Hell naw! People gotten overly sensitive when covid happened- welp guess wut?!? america is gross before 2020 so if u think ur crap dont stink then do you boo - stay home n worry bout ur own mess and CLUTTER and make sure u get better health ins. U know wuts gross? Over weight people who goes to buffets n eat 5-6 plates of food... or the ones who use the rr n dont wash their dam hands. Appreciate the goods in life.. this business is too small to talk smack about em ... this world aint bout you so stop ur negativity or ull die alone lol. Thank you merienda bakery for everything you do.. keep up the amazing attitude and amazing food. Your amazingness amazes a lot of us!

Got to try a Chicken Pan de Sal from the Merienda bakery located in the Island Pacific Seafood Market on Silverado today. My husband's coworker which is Filipino introduced him to them. He loved them and brought me home some to try today :) Omg it was so delicious the Pan De Sal is a Filipino dinner bun. It's a round soft hot Roll with a golden crumb-coated exterior. When I took a bite it had a slightly sweet flavor and a fluffy texture and it was filled with a shredded chicken mixture. It was so soft and nice and warm. It was delicious and taste very fresh like it just came out the oven. I went on the menu before writing my review and saw they have many other desserts options like Ube Pan Del Sal, Spanish bread, Monggo Hopia, etc. I really want to go back one day with my husband to try some other stuff there and also get more of the Pan de Sal. Oh and they only cost $2.25 each. Not bad and the one I had was very filling so I saved the other one for my daughter to try when she got home from school, which she loved and enjoyed as well! My husband said the service was fast and he was in and out in no time. I'm glad this bakery is so close to my home. I can't wait to check it out for myself soon!

I always go to Valerio’s Bakery but I saw this place inside the Island Pacific so I figured I had to try it. The siopao is ok but there’s more breading and it’s not even that good. Valerio’s is still the best on everything. Siopao, specially the empanadas and all the best Filipino desserts

This place is located in Summerlin Las Vegas. I was craving some Filipino dessert and I came across this restaurant. As I entered inside, I felt like I was at my aunts house, the smell of soul food Filipino style...I decided to order the Turon, it is fried bananas, with jackfruit inside and wrapped in egg roll wrapping. It was Delicious! I also order the halo hair, yummy. It was topped with ube ice cream, macapuno (coconut jelly), beans, ice shavings, jelly, and corn flakes, it was DA Bomb! Can't wait to come back!Enjoy !

Food gets 5 but customer service us lack luster and you leave like you were such a bother from the sales person. Also not so clean environment and no safety protocol! Health department has been looking left as there’s dirt exposed andunsanitary cooking area! Please improve on your service and your cleanliness!

For the BEST fresh baked Ube Pan De Sal you MUST come here to Merienda Bakery located inside The Island Pacific Market on Silverado Ranch and Bermuda. It's a nice little to go only bakery right at the door when you walk in. They have a bunch of already baked packaged goodies on a table and inside for you to choose from. I had the biggest craving for a warm fresh baked Ube Pan De Sal so made a phone call on my way here to make sure they still had some. While I was at it since they told me they were making a fresh batch in the oven I placed my order over the phone for 2 dozen fresh baked Ube Pan De Sals. Best decision ever!! By the time I got there my order came nice and hot straight out of the oven.Ube Pan De Sal was amazing!! Right out of the oven they were so warm and delicious. The bun was fluffy and soft with the yummy whipped melty cheese on the inside. Everything else here is very good too but this is my go to spot for Ube Pan De Sal. If you order it to go for later make sure you put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it's warm on the inside and out. Best way to eat it is when the cheese is hot and melting. You'll thank me later.
