The service was great! This is a good place to take the family. Plenty of space and booths big enough to accommodate a group. The food was fresh and very flavorful.

Worst pizza I have had in a long time! It was comparable to a frozen pizza from the grocery store. This ceasar salad was soggy. The service was super slow. I had to hi to down a bus person for a box and out check.

Our first time trying Metro Pizza and we got the Gotham and wings which was excellent. The service was outstanding and my wife really enjoyed the fresh bread. Definitely will be our pizza place from now on!

Honestly don't know how this place is highly rated. First off ladies at the front desk were great, polite and friendly. Our waiter was also nice. My problem is the food. Omg yuck. Starters we got the free bread, pretty basic nothing special. Garlic bread was HORRIBLE. It was like soft, hardly cooked and couldn't taste any garlic what an utter disappointment on the easiest appetizer you can make. I got the Honolulu. The crust itself was good. The rest was a soggy piece of vomit. Sauce was watery, all the toppings had zero char on it like they threw the toppings on after it was cooked. I tried to eat it but like it was just so displeasing. 86th street was alright similar watery sauce as the Honolulu and the flavors were just so basic. The rest of our party got the spaghetti and they said it was nothing to rave about. 5 stars for the service 0 stars for the food.

If you like Sicilian pizza then the Metro pizza is the one. You can get a six or twelve piece pizza with any toppings you like. The dough is light and fluffy, sauce is not acidic and plenty of cheese. I recommend it highly. It’s even better reheated the next day.Go get one, you will not be disappointed.

I had walked in and was trying to get my food, and this woman "Brooke " was screaming at the other employees in a completely unprofessional way about something. And talking down to them. I felt that was completely wrong. I heard her say she was the boss and something else. I felt like if that's how a BOSS runs a business then they don't deserve mine. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MS. BROOKE. You don't do that in front of your customers, the customers are Your pay CHECK!

This is a great place to go for dinner. They have a nice restaurant if you want to sit down inside. Their pizza is always fresh, hot and flavorful. They use quality ingredients. In addition to their pizza being delicious they have great chicken wings. The wings have a tasty sauce. They do a good job getting the wings crispy on the outside and juicy beneath. The staff have always been so nice and friendly when I have stopped by. I would definitely check out this neighborhood pizza shop. You will not be disappointed.

Garlic knots and pizza are delicious. Service was good. Stuff pizza was a favorite along with the classic pepperoni.

This is definitely a 9.0 Score Pizza ?A Most Have, This Pizza is in a very special class.I normally don’t like Pepperoni on my pizza but this pepperoni is super deliciousI will try to put my experience into words because I don’t want you to miss out in this experience,Ones you give that first bite the sauce will gently splash in through your mouth not overpowering the juice cheese and a beautiful crunch. Is just very classy and will make you think you are in Italy ??Be sure you don’t come on Mondays, Tuesdays are only to go and Normal Operating hours the rest of the week.? A very nice Beer ? bar is available with a grate selection of beer and wine that you will love. The Dining area is Amazing Very big and excellent for big Groups.Extra parking in back

I'm noticing a trend here in the reviews - very similar to my experience. We used to love this place & believed they had the best bread in Vegas. We always had good experiences dining in.Take out is a whole different story. I called 25 mins ahead & ordered an Antipasto salad & another single serve salad. I asked for bread & was told it was 2.99$. It's only complimentary when you eat in? First she had to check to make sure they were selling bread that day. Thought that was kind of odd since it's literally their bread & butter! Pun intended. NP. It's worth it.Upon arriving 25 mins later the restaurant was closed & only Take out was open. I was greeted by Tiffany, who took my phone order, wearing a mask?No one else was there & my 2 salads still weren't ready? Didn't take too long. Meantime I paid the pricey bill & left a small tip while I was waiting. When she brought out my order I asked how they were able to fit my Antipasto in a single to-go container since it's supposed to feed 3-4 people? At 18$ + I expected more. To add insult to injury when I opened the lid the lettuce on top was rotten. You know when spring mix goes bad & turns black? She asked if I wanted the salad remade & I replied - with what? More bad lettuce? No thank you. She refunded the amount but wanted to keep the original receipt and tip. I said I'm not tipping you for giving me bad salad. The other salad was fine & came with a garlic knot- old, cold & stale. Their usually phenomenal bread was like a day old too. Since I was feeding multiple people I had to go to another restaurant to complete my lunch order. Super disappointed. We've been going down to CHICAGO'S on Durango & Sahara. Their Italian food is great and so is their service!

We gave this place two tries because the food is genuinely good. The first time, there were very few people there, but it still took an unreasonably long time to be served. The server made some excuse about how he'd accidently given my calzone to somebody else (which was hard to believe given that there were maybe three other tables with guests) and, somehow, that meant that, after 30+ minutes of waiting, the kitchen was going to have to start BOTH of our orders over. We wanted to believe that we'd simply gone on a slow night and the staff was not on their A-game. The next time, it was busier, but by no means exceptionally busy. It took 45 minutes from the time we ordered for us to get our salads, and another 45 minutes until our entrees arrived. The whole time, our server was clearly avoiding us. I've worked as a restaurant server, so I generally try to be patient and understanding, but the poor service has driven us to look elsewhere for Italian.
