I had the best experience here at Michael Mina. Food was top notch. I had the tasting menu and have to say everyhing was on point. The caviar appetizer, broth, lobster pot pie and cod was delicious. The dessert didnt have enough caramel is the only nitpicky thing that I will mention. I will definitely visit again. Thanks for the awesome service to everyone who served but I have to thank Jamie for making it memorable !!!

At a restaurant at this level the food should be perfection and the chef did not disappoint. My wife and I did the tasting menus with the wine pairings and we both highly recommend them both. My son had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes which he said were both amazing. Where Michael Mina stood out incredibly was the experience that the staff was able to accomplish and to do it as if it took no effort at all. While the food quality, taste and presentation was amazing the service made the whole experience extra ordinary. Our server Jeronimo was a subtle superman. My son and I both joked that if the world needed saving Jeronimo would do it and still not be late with our next course. He had an uncanny knack of knowing what we all were thinking and providing us with anything and everything either as we thought of it or before we even thought of it. We are easy but my son is very picky and Jeronimo took care of everything my son requested and like I said thought of things we didn't but realized we should have. Elliot/MB was our sommelier and explained each pairing and each wine and of course the most important part the pairings were each as exquisite as the next. Each one perfectly highlighted the taste and improved the tasting experience to another level. The whole staff and there were a lot of them all took care of us with an ease and friendliness that you would think you were not a customer but family coming home to dine after a long time away. Everyone was amazing but Martine also was one of the main people to take care of us and he would always be there for anything you needed but they all did it without smothering or hanging around too much. I really don't know how everyone and there were a lot of them, did their jobs perfectly which again you expect at a restaurant of this caliber but yet also did it with humor and a family like demeanor instead of the stuffy and pompous way that some other high end servers can be. I must give credit to Domingo Lopez the GM of the restaurant. From the time we arrived a very nice hostess went to seat us and there was a gentleman around who was helping her and taking care of several people both at the hostess stand and in the restaurant. The same gentleman helped us along with the rest of the incredible staff and again had the humor and family demeanor that truly made the whole night beyond spectacular. When I asked Jeronimo if I could talk to the GM to compliment the incredible staff I was amazed when this gentleman who was everywhere helping but also unassuming turned out to be the GM Domingo. I joked that I was going to tell the GM about him 1st but I should have known that he was the GM. He truly has built an environment that makes this restaurant not just incredible top of the line food but a truly special experience that we have never really experienced despite eating at many other top restaurants in the country. Unfortunately we don't live in Vegas but we are now looking forward to going to many more Michael Mina restaurants around the country starting here in NY because of Domingo, Jeronimo, Elliot/MB, Martine and everyone else who made our night extraordinary. Do not miss this experience when you are in Vegas!

Luxurious. Lavish. Completely indulgent.
We celebrated two of our best friends who had just gotten married earlier that day, and Michael Mina delivered a dining experience worthy of the occasion. From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were in for something special. Domingo ran the show — and we made the smartest move of the night: we trusted him completely. We went all in on his recommendations. Zero regrets. What hit the table was next-level:
Caviar Parfait – decadent and layered with elegance

Japanese Hamachi Crudo – pristine, bright, perfectly balanced

Lobster Pot Pie – rich, comforting, but elevated to fine-dining art

18oz 32-Day Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye – deeply flavored, perfectly cooked, unapologetically bold

Bolinas Black Cod – buttery and luxurious

Grilled Fremantle Octopus – tender with incredible char

Ahi Tuna Tartare – clean and beautifully composed

Ricotta Cavatelli Puttanesca – indulgent, briny, unforgettable

Ora King Salmon – silky and flawless

There was actual moaning at the table. Not subtle appreciation — full-on “this is ridiculous” reactions. Every bite was something you wanted to slow down and savor. The atmosphere matches the food: rich, dramatic, and celebratory without feeling stuffy. Service was flawless — polished, attentive, and effortless. Everything moved perfectly from course to course.
Bottom line: this wasn’t just dinner. It was an experience. A wedding-day celebration done exactly right. Everyone left beyond happy.

It’s a great restaurant but dinner for two without alcohol costs $700.

This is probably my 6th or 7th time dining at Michael Mina LV, and it's still top notch. The only thing that could be improved on the ambience--and, I think, beyond the control of management--is that it can get quite loud in the dining room at the height of the evening.

Our waiter Marcio was the best, as well as the rest of the staff. Marcio was on point, attentive, friendly, great conversationalist! We had the best time that we have ever had in a restaurant.

Excellent fine dining with last minute reservation. Glad we stumbled upon this place. Everything was on point. Very attentive service, each little dip, bread, sides are made to perfection. Bonus they have fois gras and seafood towel on top of superb steak. Funny thing, I actually liked the New York strip more than the dry aged ribeyes. Could have done without the Brussels sprout I think. Will definitely come back for date night. Thank you Paul for the excellent service.

Our server Marcio was wonderful and the food was amazing. The charcoal-grilled hot seafood platter/tower is a must! For our entrees, we enjoyed the Phyllo crusted sole and Bolinas black cod. Last but not least, the Peach Melba souffle and white chocolate lemon desserts were just the perfect ending to a fabulous dinner....

Horrible service, manager Domingo was discriminatory. I had hat on and was asked to take it off yet another customer dining had a hat on and they allowed it.. Manager‘s logic was because mine was a baseball hat…unbelievable
