From the amuse bouche to dessert, every bite was a delightful taste experience. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. We never had to ask for a refill and received our food with space between courses. We'd highly recommend any “foodie” to dine here!

Good food, but very expensive for very small portions. Be sure to order additional sides with any entree or you will not have enough food.

Everything about our evening here was outstanding. One of the most friendliest and professional waiters to ever have served my family! Every dish was very tasty and well presented!

I can't imagine a better dining experience. Not for the faint of heart financially but what a treat, in every respect.

This was one of our favorite dining experiences, and we were so happy to have Jaime as our server. The service was impeccable, and the food was everything we had imagined—and more. We started with the Tuna Tartare, followed by Michael's Lobster Pot Pie and the Duck Breast with Foie Gras. Each dish was absolute perfection. The wine selection was excellent, and the view overlooking the pool added to the ambiance. For dessert, we shared a strawberry soufflé and finished the night with the perfect chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. Even getting to the restaurant felt like part of the experience, with the Bellagio Resort's stunning floral art gardens setting the tone. Everything was over the top in the best way—beautiful, indulgent, and unforgettable.

My second time, and yes, it's worth the splurge, one of the very best dining experiences Vegas has to offer. I had the hamachi crudo, the grilled prawns, the gnocchi...everything was just wonderful. Gentle, loving service, in a relaxing, sunny springtime setting. Don't miss out on Michael Mina.

My husband and I haven't been there in years. Such a wonderful evening. Service, food and ambience was spectacular. Definitely worth it!

Very good food and service, but it took a LONG time to get our main course. We weren't planning on being there for 3 full hours.

Superb service, wonderful food, excellent presentation and great interaction with the various staff that made this dinner experience one I'll always remember! Bravo!!

We ordered Hamachi, Lobster pot pie, asparagus and Lemon dessert. All were good, but nothing surprised me. Maybe my expectation was too high. The service was good, very professional and on time. Will I go back? Probably no. Sorry, I would go to Nobu or any other place for seafood. About the same price, I prefer Nobu's Lobster tempura with yuzu sauce. Yet, service was good, so this is a place to impress your date for special occasions.

this was one of the better dinner places we ate at during our 3 day stay in Vegas. It was good food, overpriced but was good - assume this is because of location. Service was very good and we enjoyed it.

This was our third time visiting Michael Mina's, and it continues to be great! The food on the tasting menu was exquisite, the service outstanding, and the wine pairings were all great. Special thinks to the sommelier for his insight on the pairings. We highly recommend this restaurant. Note that the cost is extremely high, but this is one of the best restaurants in the Country.

Very expensive, not worth the money. Filet Mignon was undercooked, and upon telling them, they reheated it and it still came back undercooked. We should have went to Peter Luger's at Caesars Palace instead, to a real Steak place. Service was so-so. They only brought out bread once. We would never go here again. The Bellagio should be ashamed of themselves!

Michael Mina in Las Vegas is a wonderful treat. It's hard to go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is caring and careful as we had someone in our group with severe allergies. Care was taken to make sure she did not get any food that would cause harm. The sommelier spent a fair amount of time helping me to find a wine that I would really enjoy. Someone is watching tables all the time so there are no long delays between courses. We had a great table for people watching and chatting between ourselves. This was not my first visit to Michael Mina but the last time I was there was about 12 or 13 years ago. The chef sends out an amuse bouche to tease your palate. I had the tuna tartare which was delicious. My sister had a salad which was also good. We both had a salmon main which was cooked to perfection. Perfectly moist with a soy glaze. Aside from this meal, I returned the next night because I was eating alone. No reservation. I asked if I could sit and eat at the bar. The staff in the front was kind and welcoming. The staff that had served us the night before came over and thanked me for returning. The sommelier helped me with the same wine. The manager came over and thanked me for coming back. All very gracious, kind and professional. Personally, I was surprised that they remembered or cared. It's Vegas after all with thousands every day wandering through. And they took great care of me that evening. The bartender was always there with whatever I needed. The gnocchi dish I had was wonderful. So, I will be back the next time I get to Las Vegas which I hope is not 12 or 13 years from now but sooner.
