There are very few restaurants that I think are great and Michael Mina is one of the few. All of our food was wonderful. The dishes were prepared perfectly and the salads were ice cold and crisp. Our entrees were hot and the staff had perfect timing when serving.
Unfortunately the food quality has certainly gone down since we had here last time. Menu is limited. The server and the staff are excellent but they really need to up their game. The food is ordinary stuff and does not live up to the name of the chef.
Want a special evening? Go to Michael Mina's restaurant in Las Vegas. The experience starts the moment you walk in...first class employees throughout...greeter..bus people..waiter../on a different level. Food items were presented in a unique and inventive way..all the way from appetizers (Seafood Medley) to main course ( pasta special + 14oz ribeye) to dessert...Black Forest cake and a root beer float in a shot glass! Highly recommend for a special evening..or if you want...
