From the amuse bouche to dessert, every bite was a delightful taste experience. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. We never had to ask for a refill and received our food with space between courses. We'd highly recommend any “foodie” to dine here!
This was one of our favorite dining experiences, and we were so happy to have Jaime as our server. The service was impeccable, and the food was everything we had imagined—and more. We started with the Tuna Tartare, followed by Michael's Lobster Pot Pie and the Duck Breast with Foie Gras. Each dish was absolute perfection. My second time, and yes, it's worth the splurge, one of the very best dining experiences Vegas has to offer. I had the hamachi crudo, the grilled prawns, the gnocchi...everything was just wonderful. Gentle, loving service, in a relaxing, sunny springtime setting. Don't miss out on Michael Mina.
