Outstanding restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Great service and excellent food. Stopped in for dinner while on a layover and was very pleased with that choice. I had the “Queen cut” prime rib and it was more than enough, cooked perfectly. My dinner companion had the pork chop and says it was amazing. Dema did a great job taking care of us, service was spot on. I’ll be back and I also added it to the “Pilot Approved Restaurants” list. It’s that good.

Middle Child is a winner! We were in Las Vegas for a week and ate there twice - it was so good both times! The fresh, house-prepared pasta is superb. We enjoyed the Steak TarTar, Bone Marrow Biscuits and Gravy, Mortadella and Cheese sandwich, and the Duck Breast Pasta - all wonderful. The service is top notch as well and the prices are not crazy. Well worth a visit when you’re in Vegas - not far from the strip and the Sphere!

We came here when we couldn't get a dinner reservation at their sister restaurant, Herb & Rye. We were a little apprehensive when we pulled up to a strip mall, but once we stepped inside we were very impressed with the cozy, high-end ambiance! We loved our experience - the food, the service, everything was amazing. We had the lobster risotto and prime rib. My boyfriend said it's the best prime rib he's ever had! And the lemon cheesecake was *chefs kiss*. We will definitely be back, hopefully to try the brunch!

Came here on a whim and it was such a great decision!! Their brunch options were so creative. We got the steak and eggs, bone marrow gravy and biscuits, and the traditional Benedict. Everything was amazing. But special shout out to the fried potatoes- they were sooo crispy and seasoned to perfection.

The restaurant itself is beautiful. Love the decor; even the restrooms had gorgeous tiling. Will definitely be back.

Vibrant atmosphere, fancy enough for a date yet cozy enough for a casual night out. Food was fantastic and tastes amazing. The selection of food complimented each other. The servers were professional and attentive, providing the guests an upscale service. You get an on-strip experience from an off strip location and price as well.

For our annual get together, we decided to go to the Middle Child restaurant and we were not disappointed. The service was great. The food was impeccable and the drinks were tasty. I highly recommend the bone marrow boats as an appetizer.

My girlfriend and I have been here twice and both times it has been amazing. This is our new favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. William was our server and he was the best. The whole team at Middle Child is extremely hospitable and you will not regret trying it.

Hands down the breakfast crispy fried rice is a must get item. I've been talking about it for weeks now. The rice is cooked PERFECTLY and the flavor was amazing. They also had their own take on an aperol Spritz which was delightful as well. The service was really nice and the place had a cool vibe.

We decided to pick middle child because we already ate at Herbs & Rye and Cork & Cleaver. We heard about middle child last year and decided to try this franchise. We were seated quickly plus served just as quick! A heads up the menu that you see online is not the same menu you will see when you get there! The host told us they changed the menu prior to us coming. The menu they have now is food that I normally wouldnt necessarily eat however, I ordered a steak that was okay and my wife ordered a pasta dish that she said was okay too. I don’t believe I will go back to that restaurant.

Loved everything about this place! The vibe is sophisticated but still super comfortable, with gorgeous Art Deco touches. The bar only seats about 10, which makes it feel really cozy, and we lucked out with Michael as our bartender. He was personable, attentive, and mixed up creative cocktails (and non-alc versions) for everyone in our group. He also steered us toward some amazing food—calamari, Caesar salad, crispy squash blossoms, and prime rib—all of it was delicious. Exceptional service + innovative menu = a must-visit!

I really wanted to like this place, but I couldn’t get past the overwhelming sewer stench that hit me the moment I walked in. It completely ruined the experience—no matter how good the food or service might have been, the smell made it impossible to enjoy being there. For a restaurant in the heart of Las Vegas, this is honestly unacceptable. I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back until they seriously address this issue.
