Good experience with friendly staff but a bit pricey for the short term you'll want to be in there. With that said the parkas they provide will keep you warm and the ice sculptures are pretty cool. The drinks come in glasses made of ice which was nice although cocktails weren't great. Cool photo ops but seemed like us most people only stayed for 5 to 10mins.

Cool experience, slightly pricey for what it is. The temperature is not actually -5. Everything is made of ice, including the "glasses" used to have a drink. If having more than one drink they request you reuse your cup.

Such a fun/cool experience! The drinks were really good and strong. The deal for the jacket rental and two drinks is worth the price.

It’s kind of a small space once you go inside so don’t expect too much. While there may not be much to do in this icy wonderland, the interactive ice sculptures and winter-themed decor offer a unique and cool experience that is sure to create some fun memories! I went there my niece and nephew (both teenagers-they thought it was pretty cool) So bundle up, grab your friends, and get ready to literally chill out in this one-of-a-kind ice adventure. 🥶❄️⛄️😁

I'm not a bar person but this stop is all about the atmosphere. We each had a drink out of an ice mug and enjoyed the frozen decor of the Minus 5 bar for about half an hour.

I was in town for a conference and decided to book this one of my free days. I was not disappointed! I got the VIP-polar experience, the coat was fabulous & kept me nice an toasty. I got the polar bear hat, it was warm and so cute. The gloves were good, they aren't cell phone use friendly so you've got to take them off if you're going to take pictures. The drinks were great & the bartender was welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend making a stop as a break from the heat and something fun to do.

Had a few drinks inside this bar and it was a whole new experience. Its a freezer in there you have to wear a coat and gloves to enjoy ur drinks. The price was a bit high but fun experience. They have alcohol drinks only and hot chocolate. The atmosphere is great. Really fun to check it out. They have real ice blocks in some places as tables others are props.

The entire experience was great. I was cold! BRRR! But fabulous! When we were leaving Danielle the manager handled a disgruntled customer with absolute grace. I was so impressed with her professionalism. We will definitely be back!

This was a neat little spot. Everything in here is made of ice except for the floor and the ceiling. The cups, tables, and chairs are all made of ice. I also enjoyed their "ice in the coconut" drink. It costs about 24 dollars just to enter and $49 for their drink package that comes with 2 drinks. I recommend their drink package. They didn't skimp out on the alcohol and it tasted fantastic. If you are newlyweds, there's a "just married" sign in the bar as well and some cool instagram worthy spots to take photos.

You have to pay to go in and they give you a jacket and gloves. It is extremely cold in there. You are literally in a freezer and everything is made of ice. That being said, an amazingly unique experience. If you are going to go id recommend having pants / warm footwear! Maybe even a beanie.

Ok this place was fun to experience at least once. It is pricey but we chose the middle package that included 2 drinks so with that entry was about $20. With 108* outside it was nice!?
