we throw private events for around 50 people on a regular basis, and this is the first time I've ever been told we would have to man the door ourselves. The apps were average. The atmosphere and service in general was very good. We had a great event. Not sure I would recommend though, with so many other places to choose from in LV.

Great place for a private event. A very unique experience with cocktails delivered in cups made of ice. Catering with cherry jubilee and banana fosters was a great offset to the -5 environment in the bar.

Had a great time here. The only thing to make this more accurate to us (we are Minneostans) would be to have the fire pit as well. We do this a lot in the winter.

Loved it!!! So unique and so cool! Super cold but you can handle it with the coat and gloves they give you. Highly recommend!

Extremely expensive and very weak drinks. We were excited to try this experience but disappointed in the end. This place is VERY small and nothing cool to do once inside.

This place was way cooler than you would think looking from the outside. My friends and I went for my 21st birthday and it was so much fun. They provide the cost and gloves covered in the entrance fee and then you can either pay for drinks as you go or buy drink cards in the package deal before you enter. Drinks were good and staff was friendly and d

Fun experience - perhaps gimmicky - but worth trying once. Everything inside is made of ice! We've seen some photos of ice bars where the roof is even covered in ice or made of ice arches, so seeing the normal roof in this place may break up the magic a bit. Festive ambiance and fun crowds. Bartenders were welcoming and efficient, but drinks were mediocre. But again, perhaps to be expected, and the experience is the novelty to enjoy beverages out of the ice cups. If you want to take shots of alcohol, there is a set of "titty louge" stations with straws if this suits your fancy. Price of ticket includes coat and gloves (with additional upgrades available). At the front desk, they ask for tip on the total cost that the team told us goes to the bartenders, but this ends up being quite a steep tip as the range goes from 18-22% of the total cost for the experience.

Our daughter surprised us over the holidays with tickets to this Ice Bar. I have always wanted to check this place out especially when it's 110 degrees out. My daughter had bought the ticket package for $49.00 per person which comes with entrance, use of parkas and gloves and two drinks of your choice. We arrived before our entry time and were checked in by an enthusiastic and lively young lady I think named Ashari. She was so much fun. I apologize if I did not get her name right but she was very welcoming. We then walked over to put on our warm parkas and gloves. I wish I would have brought my own gloves as their so called gloves are really just glove liners for your real gloves thus loss of one star. Needless to say my hands were by far the hardest part of my body to keep warm. Once we walked in, it's like walking into a winter wonderland with a western theme. Everything is pure ice! The temperature is kept at a frosty -5 degrees Celsius making sure you feel the experience. The bar was being tended by Abby and she made us all some delicious drinks in ice made glasses. Be sure and use the coasters on the bar and tables otherwise your drink will slide off and crash. I chose the Polar Breeze which was mixture of Skyy Peach Vodka, pineapple juice, and house made sweet and sour. This was so refreshing and I know it would taste even better on a hot day. I still managed to drink two and it's strange how the chilly environment invites the buzz into your head rather quickly. My daughter chose the Icy Espresso and my hubby chose Monkey Business. We had so much fun interacting with some people from out of town. When we arrived the bar was hopping and I was surprised that kids are allowed up to 8:00pm. We stayed a little over an hour but not before we had the whole place to ourselves so we could boogie! *Free parking for locals for the first three hours. *Reservations are advised but not required * Bring your own gloves if your hands get cold easily

Ok so I had high hopes. It was $55 each and you get two drinks. I got a lame coat not like the photos and some of the worst alcohol of my life. On the plus side the bartender was a great guy with a good personality. The drinks were awful and the ambiance was bleak. The ice sculptures were ok but $110 good nope!!! I'd save my money and choose another experience on the strip. I can check it off the list and moving on. Lame jackets and it was not busy they could have been more excited and accommodating

Save your money! My family visited this ice bar today and we were not impressed. For starters the ladies at the front desk (the bartender was fine) did not appear to be interested in providing any type of service worthy of the $100+ price tag. They also expected a tip on the full ticket price. Which was not the tip for the bartender. Once inside we were disappointed. There were many photos inside the ice or on it. Surprisingly there were many evil items inside the bar as part of the decorations. These included, two devil head, boobs with tubes coming out of them, a gargoyle, and other unnecessary things. These made the entire experience not fun. We expected something beautiful but were sadly disappointed.

Great experience! They provide you with a parka and gloves. The gloves keep your hands surprisingly warm and dry. You can take shots out of frozen sculpture. They have QR codes posted around so you can watch and read various ice related facts.

We came early afternoon knowing that kids are not allowed in the evening. Once we paid, we got our coats and they led us on our way. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it was a neat experience. I wasn't expecting it to be that cold, but it was pretty dang cold. Fortunately it wasn't busy so we were able to sit around and take a lot of pictures. The whole place is ice including the chairs. My 4 year old had a blast. They have different options for the coats, but the regular coats are more than fine.

If you want to get out of the Las Vegas heat, this bar is for you!!! I am very cold-natured, so this wasn't my cup of tea temperature-wise, but experience-wise, it was up my alley! The staff was super friendly and helpful when explaining what you got with your ticket and even told me some ins and outs and everything to make my experience 100% more fun for a single person. This would be so much more fun with a group of people, but as a single person, it was still fun!!! I loved walking around and taking pictures in every section, and the staff was super nice to help take my pictures. I even bought a photo from their website! I would highly recommend going to this bar. The total cost was $55 with two drinks, a jacket and gloves.
