Our waitress was phenomenal, the sommelier, Ray, was outstanding, and the food was wonderful. The front desk/hostesses had us feeling a bit skeptical for our experience as they didn’t seem personable but the service during our dining experience truly made up for it.

Mizumi is so good - every piece of sushi is fresh, gorgeous, and honestly tastes like it flew first class to get here. Chic vibe, great service, amazing food, would love to try their teppanyaki next time. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in Las Vegas! 🍣

Lovely, soothing atmosphere, with great Japanese food. It is pricey but worth it for a special occasion. Tables right by the waterfall require a $175pp spend.

Mizumi is an exceptional dining experience that defines luxury Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas. This restaurant masterfully achieves the perfect balance where tradition meets innovation.
From the moment you enter, the ambiance is stunning, but the food is the true centerpiece. Every dish is unique and stellar, showcasing incredible precision, the freshest ingredients, and an artistic flair that elevates classic techniques. It's clear the chefs are not just cooking; they are creating culinary art. We particularly recommend [mention a dish type like the sushi, tempura, or teppanyaki]—it was unforgettable. A truly world-class experience from start to finish.

I was surprised at how salty, oily and lacking in flavor. Everything that I ate at this restaurant except for the fresh fish.
If you go, I would recommend just doing sushi because the hibachi was not worth it and nothing was fresh.
For the price that we had to pay per person, I was extremely disappointed .

We used to love this restaurant!!! Now it is meh and that is truly disappointing.
The food is still good, but the service the last few times we’ve been there wasn’t good.

Food quality is on point. Serving sizes are really tiny though. You should expect to spend $100 to $200 per person if you want a regular sized meal. Warning...don't wear a baseball cap... this place will enforce a dress code because how dare you cover that bald head of yours. Lol. Thats minor, but it does come accross as snobby and they don't care treating you like trash...even though we are the customers paying for food amd service regardless of wearing a hat or not. Possibly turning away business or having that friction point up front, could actually hurt the waitstaff tips, sales, ans prevent people from returning. We certainly did NOT feel welcome here.
