We come here every time we come to Vegas. So so good. They also gave us a free mochi nut for my sister birthday! Friendly staff despite what a rude customer said to the employees the night we were there.
I've been coming to this Mochinut location for the past 3 years, so I can confidently say my experience isn’t based on a one-time visit — it’s a consistent theme. The drinks are fantastic and honestly what kept me coming back. The mochinuts are soft, flavorful, and definitely on the pricey side, but they live up to the hype in terms of taste.
That said, the customer service is where things fall apart. I’m not sure if the woman who runs the place is the owner or just the manager, but she clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She’s consistently dismissive, inattentive, and often makes the entire experience unpleasant. It's frustrating when a great product is paired with such poor service.
At the end of the day, no matter how good the food is, it’s hard to justify spending money somewhere that makes you feel unwelcome. That alone is what’s kept me from recommending this location to others lately. As a plus I will add the claw machines are a nice attempt at drawing a crowd but the atmosphere in general is not attractive.
I gave this place another shot last night, and unfortunately, it was just as bad as I remembered. The owner's attitude is incredibly off-putting—rude, dismissive, and honestly shocking for someone running what could be a great establishment. My family and I have been coming here for over three years. We’ve always enjoyed the drinks they're consistently great, and that's what kept us coming back. But the service? It’s completely lacking. What really upset me was having my kids with me and watching them feel uncomfortable because of the attitude. If even children can sense that kind of energy, something is seriously wrong.
Sadly, I can no longer recommend this place. Great drinks aren’t enough to make up for such poor treatment.
Founded in Cerritos during the pandemic Mochinut has since expanded to nearly 200 locations including some overseas, Founder Jaewook Ha taking on the traditional eight-ball Pon de Ring alongside other #gramworthy creations like Korean Rice Flour Hotdogs and Bubble Tea.
Situated locally in Suite #105 of the complex at 4355 Spring Mountain Road, a ground floor store not far from Paina Cafe or Mama Chai’s, Mochinut operates mostly as take-out with lots of neon and claw games plus prices akin to the locally-owned spots.
Using a Rice Flour base and various Glazes, flavors such as Matcha and Taro amongst the signatures, guests can expect a crisp exterior that gives with minimal pressure to insides that are stretchy but unfortunately flavored by Shortening.
Smaller than Mama Chai’s but notably heavier, a simple napkin dab or more than an hour in the box displaying far more oiliness, best bites came from Brown Sugar thanks to added texture while while Churro was similarly acceptable.
Poor customer service. Overpriced. 33$ for 1 dozen doughnuts. 66$ for 2 dozen
HOLY CRAP! Mochinuts are delicious
Korean dog Sauces were old. Caused food poisoning. Be careful.
Very unique expirence indeed. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with warmth and a glow from the several claw machines. The donuts themselves are rather expensive for the usual fare but are unique enough for the price. Compared to American donuts these are lighter with less sugar. This is comparable to a light funnel cake taste without the crazy amount of sugar ontop. It's a unique and light taste you can choose from a handful of flavors they have pre made about $17 for six of them. This was my first time here and I felt it was a great expirence.

It was so thick and hot in my mouth. The taste was immaculate. It's wouldn't fit all the way in the first time so I had to take it slow.

First time trying Mochinut… it’s going to be a regular thing now. I had fish and chips and my son had the octopus balls for a snack.. it was great. Well seasoned perfectly fried and flavorful. I washed it down with tea (yum) and then… the taro mochi balls were amazing!!Creamy and sweet in a soft sweet doughy center that melts in your mouth. I’m a fan for life. I ate two of them and wanted more but… I’m on a diet… so I’ll return next week.

Donut is so delicious every time, and matcha drink is so creative and sweet. But today’s server was AWFUL. When I enter the store, she saw us, she looked like annoy, then she didn’t any mention or apologize about sold-out items. I was looking for getting matcha and original donuts, but they didn’t have and so bad customer services. The store is one of my favorite stores, so I was so shocked about their customer service.
