Food was mediocre at best. My friend had a tiny bit of chicken in half of the home wrecker burrito. They put guacamole in the burrito and you can't get it on the side without being charged $4 for it. They charge $2 a piece for any extra plate/bowl. Bad, very bad.

The customer service here is absolutely non existent. One of workers were rolling their eyes, annoyed they had to work. God forbid I asked for guacomole. No sense of urgency or willingness to put any effort into doing anything. If you don't like your job, quit! I suggest going down further to eat at shake shack

We used this location during our flight from Las Vegas. The prices are reasonable for an airport location, and the menu is easily designed to avoid confusion. Closer to the waiting area do it could be a little noisy and with slot machines around. I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and nachos. The staff took the order and accommodated the need to customize the order. Even though there was a line, the staff kept it rolling and was able to get my order out in 10 minutes. Coming to the food, Nachos tasted very good, and the cheese on Nachos tasted great. Burrito Bowl had a good portion for the price. The beans and rice tasted good. The freshness is lacking in other ingredients like lettuce, etc. But overall, this is a decent place to gran something quick.

This Location is horrible. First off, when we went up to get our food, they were just talking and not taking our order.Secondly, when we were ordering they gave us so little food and when we asked for more they gave us the tiniest amount ever like an ant couldn’t even be full after eating it. Then when we asked for something simple like queso they charged us an extra 5 dollars and 2 for a tortilla. Lastly when we got to the check we told the lady that we wanted to make it a meal she didn’t hear us then we said it again and she said “You’ve got to tell me this stuff”. We already told you maybe if you weren’t talking to your workers and fooling around you would hear us. A minute after that they gave my son a tortilla and it’s burned his hand and they gave no warning telling us that it was hot. When my husband went to pay he used apple pay and he had used it countless times before and the lady was so impatient and when my son told her that he knows how to use it she got all mad because we told her to wait a minute. Lastly when we asked for FOUR bags the lady gave us one and when we told her again she told us to move and brushed us off UNACCEPTABLE.Overall DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The Food portions are very small and the service is horrible

Food was great, however I ordered 1 buritto and 1 bowl. I asked for the Guacamole and Pico on the side. I was told it would be a $4 charge for each entrée. THE ENTREES automatically come with Guacamole and Pico, why attempt to charge the customer to have them on the side? This restaurant is responsible for SCAMMING customers when it comes to certain food contents. I myself own multiple restaurant franchisees, and I would never participate in these type of selling practices. The Owner needs to put an end to this ASAP.
