Always happy meal there. Short staff so not to much interaction but, not the servers fault. Food always makes me happy!

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We came multiple times during our trip to Las Vegas and every time the food and service were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome and the food was absolutely delicious. I cannot compliment this restaurant enough.

Momofuku Las Vegas is always a must for us when we're in town. My wife and I have been there six times now, and every time we make it a point to be the first ones in line. As a chef myself, I really respect what they're doing here. The pork buns are my go-to — perfectly done every time and the spicy cucumbers never miss. I usually order my regular ramen, and this time my wife went with the wagyu steak, potatoes, and egg. She was obsessed with it. Kept saying it was one of her favorite meals ever. I'll be honest, the ramen broth this time around came out a little bland, which is unusual. I let the server know, and not only did he handle it professionally, he came back with a fresh bowl and said the chef wanted me to try this one instead. That second bowl? Absolutely delicious. Exactly what I expect from a place like this...bold, balanced, packed with flavor. Huge thanks to the team for always delivering, both in the kitchen and with customer service. We appreciate the consistency and care every time we visit. Can't wait to come back in November.

Disappointing that they dont review the notes entered in Open Table. They should review the comments or remove that function.

All the dishes are subpar. The lamb chop was gamey and extremely oily. Th ramen was plain and noodle was not chewy. The portions are small with the price, especially the appetizer. No reason to go back at all.

For appetizers we enjoyed both the pork belly and shrimp buns. I ordered the Iberico pork and it was delicious just as the menu described it. My daughter ordere the waygu ribeye and my wife the lobster ramen. They enjoyed their dishes as well. The service was excellent server was very helpful and took time with us. I also drank the tamari old fashioned

Our server Max was phenomenal. Big personality and knew how to direct our ordering of both food and drink.

My daughter loves ramen so we decided to try Momofuku and it did not disappoint. We ordered the spicy cucumbers and shishito peppers as appetizers and accompaniments to our ramen. Both were delicious and I especially liked the addition of nutritional yeast to the peppers - really gave them an extra punch flavor. We had the spicy miso ramen and mushroom ramen - very flavorful; generous portions! Service was excellent! I also ordered the spicy margarita, but substituted reposado for the mezcal. Very good and just the right amount of spice! Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for anyone who likes ramen.

The pork belly bun and shrimp bun were good. The ramens are pretty good. But the seared trout was salty and they put the salmon eggs on the salad with salty dressing. The whole plate was drowned in salts.

We love it here, incredible food and service. The chef went above and beyond to be attentive to my fiancée's allergy concerns.

Momofuku is one of the greatest restaurants in America, and one of my all-time favorites for many years. This trip didn't disappoint either despite repeat dining and high expectations! If I could give the food and service 6 stars I would. The seasonal big eye tuna dish was amazing, we had a spicy rice cake dish that was vegan too (?) And just amazing. Finally I had the special lobster ramen which may have been the greatest dish I've ever had - special broth, and tender lobster and lots of it! Love this place!

All the food I ordered was very salty. Ended filling up on water more than the food. The waiter was nice though and apologized....
