Weak flavor ice cream. Seriously tastes like iced water with flakes of cheap chocolate in it
Service kinda sucked which I would ignore of the ice cream were good but it isn't.
I ate a few bites and threw the rest away.
Don't go to this place if you like ice cream, it's for Instagram photos or tourist walking around the area.
The chocolate gelato and raspberry sorbet were smooth and creamy
Great customer. Staff was very helpful in helping us find flavors we liked.
The reason for the 2-star was all based off the quality of ice cream. The cream content is what makes ice cream smooth and rich. The flavors were good but I feel like I was eating sorbet. Very icy with almost a gritty texture.
For the price the quality of ice cream should be the same as Jeni’s or Ben & Jerry’s.
Gloria is the best ice cream scooper in the whole UNIVERSE!! Incredible service, it was amazing service. Also LOVE the blackberry ice cream!
Really good fresh flavors, especially the sorbets.
Best Gelato I have had in NV for sure
You changed your signature flavor into a sorbet!? What a disappointment. Service was excellent though.
What place closes at 9pm on a summer time. Joke.
I hadn’t had stracciatella ice cream since traveling internationally decades ago and this did not disappoint! The creamy vanilla with flecks of chocolate was delicate and delicious! I’ll be back! Besides, you can’t beat the location of Town Square on South Las Vegas Blvd.
Banana cream seemed artificial in flavor. Peanut butter chip a bit bland. Texture is nice and counter help was good.

My bf and I had been coming here for a while and it wasn’t until las evening that we experience bad service from their workers. We had a really disappointing experience here due to the staff’s poor handling of a simple situation. Our group was told we were being too loud, and as we began to apologize and comply, the worker escalated things unnecessarily. Instead of accepting our apology, they mentioned calling security—even though we were already getting up to leave. We were just enjoying time with friends, and being threatened with removal for laughing was excessive and completely ruined our evening. Definitely not a place we’d return to after such an overreaction.
I was there yesterday 21 March with a group friends and had some really good ice cream. Everything was great until one of the employees decided to kick us out because we were being too loud (laughing and enjoying our evening mind you) and threatened to call security if we didn’t leave. I completely understand if the employee approached us in a polite manner and asked us to keep it down but threatening to call security right away after we spent $100 worth of ice cream is straight up bs. Additionally, that same employee publicly mocked one of our friends for being the only one in our group that was single. By far one of my worst experiences in town square, I wont be coming here ever again.
Great flavor shakes. Great staff. Big issue with the straws. They break instantly. They need better straws
Decent ice cream not so decent service. Seems like somebody just needs a hug to be honest.
