I went during Thanksgiving which should be noted as Im sure business was busier than usual. When I arrived to my reservation they were 30+ mins behind in seating. Some people waited up to an hr and a half. The staff was kind and accomodating for the most part. When I was finally seated it was 15 mins before anyone acknowleded me or even gave me water. Carl was a great waiter/server once he realized I had not been attended to. The lady taking care of the front desk was also great.

Saturday night at 5:30. Only three other tables occupied. I've eaten at Morton's in Burbank, CA often so I had high expectations that were not met at a chain of this calibre. Service was attentive but slow with multiple apologies. Lobster bisque was fantastic. Next time I'll just order two of those although the salmon was very good. Wine by the glass seemed a little pricey at $18 and up for six ounces. Veggies served with entre were not good and remained uneaten....

My husband took me for a nice dinner as he had been before, and it did not disappoint.
We were seated almost immediately, and were served water. Our server Bree was fantastic. Morton's needs to keep this young lady as she made our experience so great. She was attentive, funny, and knowledgeable. And Manny was just as good checking in on us, and topping up our water, etc. Manager...
