This is one of the best restaurants in the world. We come here at least once a year. The poached fish in chiles and peppercorns is maybe my last meal. Hong Kong iced tea is straight fire. And they have desserts that would make a grown man cry.Also, we've been here several times, and each time the seating experience is so different, in a good way. It's cool how many different ambiances they have created in the space. World class.

The service was horrible! We had a reservation but decided to come in early, which confused the hostess. Well, they sat us next to the servers’ register. Dark and busy with server traffic. Our waitress started rudely. Before I was properly seated, she just dropped the napkin on my lap and left; another server waited on us and was in a hurry to get the order. Their service ruined the atmosphere and the dinner. The food was good. We ordered mottails, lamb, scallops, and noodle dishes. We ended with Chrysanthemum tea.

So I ordered the fake chicken tofu which was mini tofu pieces cubed and then serviced dry with millions of hot hotPeppers not even taken out of the dish prior to eating it this woman chef comes out to explain to me in the dark atmosphere how to not eat those fire hot and other green peppers ..there was no eating this dish without bitting into those ..it was 32.00 n so gross! The spring rolls came with a plain sauce bland no sweet spicy sauce ..my husbands wagu fish had no seasoning n was just blah! The waitresses were running and never came with myLemons for water.
