Ordered online for delivery. At approx. 5:30pm-ish. 16" meatz pizza and a gyro. Confirmation said an hour. First time trying this place since we have recently moved to the area. They were prompt at calling us to verify payment and gave great service over the phone. They confirmed again delivery would take 45in to an hour. Ok so far so good. 6:45pm rolls around and no one. So I call to check on the order. The person who answered was really nice and said the delivery driver is literally leaving right now . He should be there in a second. (We live approximately 5 minutes away) Since we have dogs so I went outside to meet them. Still no one. I called again after waiting another 20 minutes. She called the driver and said he told her he was 3 minutes away. He finally came after 5 more minutes. He was nice and very personable. And I was relieved the food finally came. So here's the verdict, Gyro was good, fries sweaty warm. Pizza, my husband said was tasty, but not HOT. You would think the food would have been pretty HOT considering how close we are to the place. The employees, I must say, were very friendly and nice I am sure we will try it one more time to see if the delivery will be on time and food be any better. But not anytime soon.

I ordered French Dip w/ Au Jus sauce and it was Amaze-balls! I called for Pick-up, it was Ready in 20 minutes. The staff was so nice & courteous.Great Customer Service! Ill be Back for more, Soon!

Owner is some rude Latina woman.??? Mean as hell and seems racist . After I left, I saw her cussing at a customer walking outside just for asking a question. She said the 'N' word and that the lady looked like she was 600 pounds. Then she proceeded to tap her body and twirl around . Like who works at a fast food place, frying chicken, then fat shames someone who's actually not fat. Odd a** lady. She seemed stressed out because she was the one frying the chicken and her cashier seemed confused. She filled my sauce up halfway and gave me small proportions. I also found a hair in it. The fries that I got with my order lol she was really mad . I feel like still be professional . Anyways I'm gonna see who I can speak to about her in professionalism .

We have used Mr eats for years. Always enjoyed their food. But, the last 2 time we have ordered, it has taken 2 hrs or more to get our food. They tell you 45 min and you are still waiting 2 hrs later. Never again. We are done

Absolutely ridiculous placed an order at 4o’clock called at six was told they never got my order for delivery placed a second order at 6o’clock it is now 836 and still did not receive my food when I called to ask how much longer nothing but attitude horrible customer service. Horrible service I don’t know anybody anywhere that would wait this long for food to be delivered ask for my refund. Would not even take my name extremely rude people and honestly the food is not even that great I’m so done with this place.

22 dollars worth of food not good The Home Run hogie bun not fresh toasted but hard before it was toasted. Fries not done and dry. 8.99 Ceasar salad lettuce and oily croutons cheese and cupped dressing will be a long time before I eat there PANDEMICS money to waste
