We always get good pizza here. They are always busy. Only complaint/warning is to check before you take it out. They sometimes get my order wrong. Overall good food.

Based on my recent experience with Mr. Jim’s Pizza, I wasn’t seeking a free replacement pizza, which was offered. I simply wanted to share my feedback with the owner. Unfortunately, he seemed uninterested in discussing his business. The pizza was so bad that even for free, it wasn’t worth it. It lacked flavor, suggesting a decline in quality standards. The toppings were sparse, with almost no cheese or sauce. Additionally, the store was noticeably dirty, reflecting poorly on the management. Having enjoyed Mr. Jim’s pizzas for many years in Texas, this visit in Las Vegas was a huge disappointment and will be my last.

Chicken wings tastes like cheap 7-11 with the Ken’s ranch. No original recipe and for $13. That is a disgrace for those who would like to enjoy chicken wings from a pizza place. So expensive without any drink or fries. I will not be coming back here

I’ve been eating Mr. Jim’s for 4 years. Today was the first time they ever messed up my order. I didn’t really think much of it just filled out the survey which I rarely do and mentioned the messed up items. The store manager called me and asked how to make it right! Which they did and I didn’t expect. I’ll likely be a customer here as long as I live in the area. Top notch. I should mention I love their pizza as well. Good ingredients and a tasty crust! Very reasonably priced as well.
Bought 2 large pizzas and a small Jim stix.I feel that the pizza was a bit overpriced considering that it lacked flavors that warranted $65. I would really like to see seasoning make its way to one of these pies. I mean honestly you could buy pizza from Costco and get a better quality food for cheaper! I mean if you are not going to be about quality then please quit price gouging customers. If you are going to be about quality then quit using cheap ingredients. For the price charged that should have been the best pizza I ever ate! I also want to talk about on atmosphere and feel that your restaurant is rather uninspiring and seems to lack any kind of identity. What differentiates you from any other small pizza hole in the wall? Nothing, in my opinion. Oh and none of your employees look like they want to be there. They don’t say it but they don’t look interested in helping anyone.

Just my personal preference, ask or comment with your order to cook your pizza well done. If not it is very limp/soggy.
NOT WORTH IT! Terrible. This pizza was the most disgusting pizza our family has ever had, we could not even eat it. I made something different. It was made of rubber, super chewy, no flavor, hardly any toppings, hard to tear apart, I mean, we've gotten better pizza from the frozen section. They say, you get what you pay for but in this case, the quality does NOT match the price. I normally don't leave reviews but it was THAT BAD!

Pizza is very good. But they have this frozen yogurt stuff in the front of the store for you to grab and buy that they advertise. I inquired about it and the guy said I could have it for free. I wondered why. It wad all 3 months plus expired. Nothing like expired dairy to start up a lawsuit. Besides that I love the pizza. I was just shocked about this. I hope they since removed these items from their front freezer
