Okay, while I am not Japanese, I have lived in Japan for close to thirty years and I know the difference between food that aims to just be “decent” and cuisine that is truly inspired. I have tried all the main dishes at MUU BBQ (and most of the excellent sides) and all I can say is they are the real deal! Not just the generous portions, but the laser-focused flavor profile of each dish is remarkable: the yakiniku bento is balanced and delicious, the gyudon is arguably better...

The best and authentic Japanese BBQ in Las Vegas. Great quality and volume. We got American Wagyu bento on the way to the Grand Canyon. Definitely worth trying if you want to get something “real Japanese quality”.

If you are a Japanese person visiting Las Vegas and are craving Japanese food, yakiniku, and Japanese rice, this is the place for you. It was a bento that was of high quality even when served in Japan. We had a picnic with this bento on our way...
