The potato dog is the best and I love the sauce choices. Just wish they had better parking

pretty bomb hot dogs, and u can't beat it for $5 in today's economy. except costco i guess, but this is way better. i just wish they opened later, this place would be amazing if the street food scene here ever got big

Everytime I'm in the Shanghai Plaza area (where CrunCheese is located in), my family and I have just finished eating dinner to which we're not in the mood to eat anything other than dessert. However, on 4 Jun 2025, there was a shift in paradigm...we found ourselves in Shanghai Plaza during the day (around lunchtime), so this was our golden opportunity to finally try this place out after passing by it all this time.

When we walked in, I was glad to see that the wait time wasn't long at all - I've seen how busy this place gets in the evening hours. The menu wasn't too difficult to figure out, but it did take me a while to decide because there were a few items I wanted to try and unlike my normal binging self at new restaurants, I contained myself to only selecting one item. The service was great; the female employee working (that day) at the cash register and adding the toppings/condiments, was very friendly and helpful. The business was kept clean to include the countertops surrounding the interior of the restaurant, which was great because we utilized it to eat at.

We ordered the Mozzarella and Hot Dog with Potatoes, Original Hot Dog with Sweet Potatoes, and the Mozzarella/Cheddar Hot Dog with Potatoes (this item was the special menu item). Everything tasted surprisingly remarkable considering I'm not normally into food that has so much going on with respect to condiments and such. I am not a tremendous cheese lover either, but mozzarella happens to be one of my favorite cheeses, if I had to pick one (easily in the top 3 category). The cheese pull on the mozzarella was incredible and seemed to last several seconds and a few feet.

Overall, this place is definitely worth trying - the prices are very reasonable and the food quality is great. If you're visiting and staying either on the Las Vegas Strip or downtown area, take a Ride Share or taxi to come visit this business - you'll leave happy, especially after the interaction with the employees. The wait time varies depending on the time of day; it seems that the longer wait times are in the evening hours, as I mentioned earlier...I guess everyone likes to stop here for a quick snack. I can't validate the exact wait times during the hours of darkness; however, in the middle of the day, you're waiting ~10 minutes after you place your order. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks, CrunCheese for making me stay at the gym even longer that evening...but it was well worth it!

I’ve always been dying to try Korean corn dogs and finally was somewhere I could find them. These were the best things I’ve ever eaten. Not only that, the customer service was topnotch. I followed the guys recommendations on what to put on each (I followed his personal favorites instead of customer favorites) and I have to say, he has amazing taste. 10/10

It's a corn dog... and good corn dog. Get the cheddar and beef. Start with that. If you don't like it then it's on you. It's a corn dog

Always a must visit when near Chinatown. Great staff, amazing prices and unbelievable food. Can't go wrong with whatever you order just make sure to get it covered in the sugar ?

Always a great spot to stop for a good snack ? I particularly love the Squid ink mozza-dog. Had it with the ketchup/honey mustard combo but the garlic Parm really gives it a nice finish.
