I came inside with a smile on my face, very excited.
Two employees sitting and eating their food. No greeting, just stares. I wait a couple minutes up front.
I lost my patience, unfortunately. Being greeted is my minimum expectation and I felt more like a bother than an actual customer. One of the employees finished their meal, walked past me while avoiding eye contact and flung the kitchen door closed as to obscure themselves. I stood there for another minute, frustrated, and just left.
There was a third employee in the back who looked at me and nodded. I felt acknowledged, but no one helped me still.
This is my first time being treated this way at a food establishment.
Very salty. No good ?

Ordered food through Grubhub. No difference between butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Naan are like papad. Garlic Chicken Kabab is so dry that it looked like they just heated the old food. Biryani is nothing but rice mixed with curry. Each dish is more than 21 dollars. Expensive and worst food I ever had in recent times.
Folks: It's not how Indian food tastes. Stay away.

April 2024. The worst Indian food I've ever eaten. The wait time was pretty long, even though I was the only customer. The chicken masala was probably from the day before and very dry. The owners stapled my food bag before they gave it to me. Please don't waste your time here if you're looking for a really enjoyable Indian meal. If this is your regular go to for this food; I'm thinking you're not and Indian, tandoori or Himalayan foodie. The naan was also a joke.

So we walk in and we are greeted with no smile or hello, just a mad face. Ask for a menu (there’s a huge screen but it’s off or not working) and get handed a menu with the mad face. Open it up, look at the guy and told my husband nevermind, handed back the menu and left. I’ve eaten at the other location which was good and friendly. This place is the complete opposite. Will not return.
This was a sad excuse for food in general. I would have been better off eating cardboard instead of the disappointment you call chicken. the tikka masala had no flavor. the spice was at a negative amount. What i recieved should have been free. Do not even get on the naan. We ordered cheesy naan and we were with a literal quesadilla. I should have atleast gotten salsa to go with it. the food we received should have been free. the price for the amount of food was not worth it. However the mango lassi was rather delectable. I actually enjoyed that single part of my meal.

I ordered Chicken Masala with Garlic naan and samosas, the only item that was tasty was their samosas, everything else was sub-par including their rice, it’s way over priced for an Indian cuisine to-go…

Food was not good at all. And very overpriced. The naan was stale and soggy, the butter chicken was flavorless and had no spice, the only thing that was decent was the samosas. However the sauces that come with the samosas were not good.

My storage is right next to the smaller Durango location but I accidently ordered at the larger restaurant further south. I was upset at myself for not paying more attention. The young man at the counter asked me to wait to see what he can do. He came up with chef to say they would remake my order for this location. I had only ordered the raita, paneer pakora, and onion bahji. When I tell you the climatic burst of deliciousness that entered my senses I immediately new I needed to try more so now I'm in the waiting area patiently awaiting my Chicken Tikka Masala & garlic cheesey naan! I am so pleased with my stumble upon find. I'm boujee when it comes to Indian cuisine. I have not found ANYTHING that compares to back home. This may be a great contender. Service, cleanliness & FOOD/flavor? AMAZING! ? I'LL BE BACK! ? Kinda sad they don't have galub jamon at this location but it is on my bucket list for when I hit the other locations all you can eat lunch buffet ($17) OR dinner buffet ($25ish) ??? I'm so excited! And I just can't hide it! ???I'm holding out my final star for when I take the first bite of my Tikka num nums. These guys are awesome! I asked if I could take a taste right at the counter so I could finish an honest review. He grabbed me a spoon immediately! Omfg! This Tikka Masala is life! I can't eat the naan as I am gluten free but my husband(who doesn't care for Indian cuisine) damn near knawd my arm off trying to share some of this cheesy garlic naan goodness with the kids!Don't sleep on this adorable little spot! I with held one star only for the esthetics were a bit cold in the restaurant although the menu is big, beautiful and bright on the wall but everything else has a sterile industrial kitchen feel to it. Great smiles on the guys tho!Anna Banana ?
