The sound of sizzling from the open kitchen had me hungry before I even saw the menu. I ordered chicken fajitas, and they arrived still steaming on a hot skillet—tender strips of chicken, caramelized onions, and sweet peppers, all wrapped in warm tortillas. The fresh salsa had just the right kick, and the guacamole was creamy with chunks of avocado.

EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED! I would come here about every 2 years for their AWESOME NACHOS. They moved to a bigger location (next door) and the place looks great. Same great service but was heart broken with downsizing of the portions given and extra cost. Before one plate of nachos fed two people and now it feels like an expensive appetizer for one. It's not the NachoDaddy I remember. I won't be coming back any more.

My entire experience here was terrible. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands. As I was washing my hands, the toilet flushed & the water pressure became low. As the pressure started coming up, the toilet flushed again. Then a worker came out of the stall, stopped at the sinks & stared at me. By that time, I had to use the bathroom. As soon as I went in the stall, I heard the bathroom door open & close. The worker did not wash her hands. (Short, chubby, Mexican lady with a bun in her dark hair)
I advised my server Cesar B. who didn't even have a response & seemed to care less be cause he also didn't send a manager over to follow up on what I said.
Everyone at the table eventually asked for containers because they were finished. Mind you, I still didn't have my food. Cesar B. brought the containers out. Still no food for me. Then, he brought our individual tabs. Still no food for me. When he came back to collect the payments, he finally said he was going to check on my food. Came back & said the ticket never sent to the kitchen & that they were making it then.
When he finally brought my food out, he advised that the ticket had just gone through the moment he was getting my food. I just paid & left.
After looking at how little they gave me and thinking about what they could've potentially done to my food being the reason why it took so long to come out, I ended up just throwing it away.

Nacho Daddy has a large, open space that’s perfect for big groups, with plenty of seating options to fit everyone’s vibe. Our waiter was super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. The food was good and the drinks were refreshing. If you’re in Vegas looking for a spot with a fun bar vibe and great atmosphere, this is definitely the place to be!
