I've been craving some good nachos. They are my guilty pleasure. Found this place to watch the Nuggets. Ordered a couple of types of nachos and was blown away. Best nachos I have had so far. My son says that this is going to be a regular Vegas stop. I'm going to try every type of nacho on the menu.Ok, update. I have gone back this time and ordered the filet mignon nachos. Definitely try this place if you like nachos.

Initial impression…typical mexican restaurant. Service slow to start, but he got our complicated order right. Our server even noticed that 1 of orders leaving the kitchen was wrong so he had them immediately send it back and make it. Within a few minutes both our meals were on the table. Food portions were amazing. Good food quality.Chips and Salsa were decent. Cheese dip was sub par.White peach margaritas were a hit. If you like to drink order the pitcher, it makes about 4 cups worth.

Every time we're in Las Vegas, we dine at 1 of the many Nacho Daddy locations at least once. Sometimes more because they're delicious & often open late. Staff is friendly & happy to help. Pictured is the Chicken Enchiladas Nachos. My go-to favorite is the Lobster-Crab Nachos, and we also enjoy their Vegan options, steak options, the Thai Chicken Nachos & their Pineapple Mint Margaritas. Honestly, everything is good. Huge portions, so best to share!
We were recommended to try Nacho Daddy for gluten free options and it did not disappoint. We shared an amazing plate that was well worth and had no shortage of toppings. I traveled to Vegas from Houston Texas and stopped here on the evening before we flew out.My husband and I each ordered the beef enchiladas. 10/10 would highly recommend.I only gave the service a 4 because my husband substituted his beans for double rice and I kept my beans. They didn’t put any beans in the order which was disappointing. General manager that took the order, I think Peter, was super nice. I just wished we checked the food before we left. Otherwise, food was soooooo good!!!!

We are bougey people who like bougey food at places where we have to get reservations many months in advance but we also like Nacho Daddy when we need an easy lunch without reservations. Its just solid and tasty and reliable and very reasonably priced.
