I ordered my food online. I ordered one slice of pizza. It said 30 wait. I go right on time wait in a long line just for them to start my order. I asked the lady are you just about to start my order. She rudely replied they busy it will only take a few minutes while rolling her eyes. She then went back to what she was doing. I'm not waiting 45 minutes again for a slice of premade pizza with an attitude.

This is now one of our favorite pizza spots. Not just because the pizza is bomb but because the people who work here are amazing.

Just bought 2 dinners, 1 spaghetti in marinara sauce. Side salad
1. Lasagna no sides.
The total prices based on their menu $26.
They told me the prices on the menu are not updated yet and they arbitrarily put new prices in , that now totalled $43!! They told me 3 months ago prices would be updated soon. I told them I'm tired of their bs everything I go in there. Plenty of other p I zza joints in town.

I ordered their famous 40 inch pizza it was huge. would recommend. Just order 24 hrs in advance.

Salad had “Big tomatoes pieces”, they become lacy it used to be a good place to eat not anymore.

This Napoli’s location is so accommodating. I ordered two pizzas and I had one pizza delivered with the wrong toppings. My problem was resolved immediately. The chefs made a new pizza to correct the issue and they had their in house delivery driver bring the corrected pizza to me. Thank you so much Jocelyn and staff, you guys are amazing.

I tried the the food and told them sauce was wrong and they tell me I’m wrong. Imagine being wrong but still trying to make me look stupid with a bad attitude and blank stares…. that’s not a great experience. It wasn’t my mistake. That’s 1 star service

We order a lot of pizza, and tonight we decided to try the Sicilian Pizza, with just cheese. I was told when I ordered that the pizza would be round (not rectangle like in New York). When it was delivered, I was very nicely surprised to see that it was indeed a rectangle-shaped pizza. And it was delicious! I will definitely be ordering this again.

This pizzeria has great decor and good quality of the food, but it took 45 minutes to get our food. Eat here if you want to wait for great food. Also, food is pretty pricy.

We had lunch with our aunt, and the food delivery from the kitchen was not good. Everyone get their meal meal one at a time. For example: my partner got her speghetti 1st, then my aunt about 10min later her sandwich and finally I got my calzone about 15min after that. I just wish it was all delivered at the same time.
