One star because I can't give zero stars. They couldn't deliver my food because their idiot driver couldn't be bothered to look at the building map to find my apt. Their customer service is awful and I will never be ordering from them again.

We really enjoy the food!! The wings and Asada fries were very good and tasty.... Sarai was are server she was very good the service was fabulous we are definitely going back really soon and they have happy hour from 3 to 6 pm 6 wings for 5 dollars 3 dollars a slice of pizza and much more on the menu for happy hour is available Monday to Thursday....????

I saw that they had Giant pizzas and thought it would be perfect to order it for the SuperBowl. I paid for my order before 12pm and scheduled delivery for 3pm. 3pm rolls around and it's not here, I'm understanding because it's a busy day. Then comes 3:30. I call them and straight to busy line. I keep calling about every 30 minuts and still busy. Finally by about 6:30 pm someone answers. By this time I'm stressed out not even enjoying the game. I got hungry kids and adults to feed. Super embarrassing as I hosted the game because my team was in it. They should of at least reached out to me so I could of made other arrangements but nope... nothing. At 6:30pm they ask if I still want the pizza or a refund. We're hungry so I decided to still to get it and about 45 minutes later if arrives cold and the pizza has almost no pizza sauce on it. It's basically like a giant cheese bread with some toppings. Not my style and horrible customer service.

Ana the Manager is the Best! Today is our Daughter's Birthday 01/25/24 and we ordered Door Dash for her and someone stole our order! Ana was very kind and understanding and altho it was not her fault at all, she offered to bless our daughter with a pizza.Door Dash refunded our order and we placed the same order again with Napoli because we appreciate Ana and her service. A casual but upscale feeling goes along with this place. We ordered a 16" pizza with Mushrooms, Black Olives and Sausage. If you like light on the sauce this is the place for you. Pizza was delicious bordering on outstanding. If you like great pizza they've got it down. Service was excellent delivered by a caring and attentive staff. Pizza for two, 3 beers and a dinner salad that can almost accommodate two people came to $50.00 (not including tip). I wouldn't make it a habit to spend $50.00 for dinner but you get what you pay for. And at Napoli on Lake Mead & Jones, it was worth it. One of the few (if any?) Pizza Joints that offer a 30" cheese ($44.00) and 36" cheese (73.00) pizza. Not cheap. Toppings are extra and not cheap either. Still, I can't wait to try them.Turns out, the table next to ours, about 15 people, ordered the 36" and it looked (and smelled) amazing.
