Manager here lacks customer service skills. Got the 4 hot dog roller coaster deal and asked to add chili. She puts it on 2 and not the other 2. Never asked how many to put chili on. Walks away from the register and doesn't give me my receipt before making my hotdogs. Then hands them to me at the register and not the pick up counter. Then the drink machine starts leaking water everywhere. Also, it has no carbonation so all the drinks are flat. She has to shut the restaurant down because of the leak. Proceeds to tell us, when you finish eating you have to leave and leave out that door. Does it in a bullish manner with no please or thank you. I won't be back ever. Should of followed my first mind and went to Dirt Dog.

It is located in a very high and back corner of the hotel tucked away. The prices are very high, and the food is decent. No issues with the staff working the place.

With two tables occupied by people and no line, I assumed the service would be fast. The two employees I could see, couldn’t be bothered to assist. After making eye contact a couple of times, I decided to go downstairs and try something else.

Years ago this place had dirt amd gnats in lettuce on fish sandwich. I w as in echelon mal NJ
We ordered food and asked for water with our meals. We were told “we are out of water cups.”
Okay. So, give us a kids cups…
No effort was given to provide customer service.
What this really came off as was a money grab to buy a $5 fountain drink.
You know what you can do with that $5 Nathan’s?

The only place on our whole trip that didn't have fresh food. Worker wasn't friendly either.

Was very disappointed with my experience at Nathan's hot dog on the 26.02.25.
It's midday and we got 2 free hot dogs with our rollercoaster tickets. The woman that serves up was incredibly sharp and rude, the hotdogs were lukewarm and we weren't offered any onions, and she was trying to rush up.
When we sat down we had a TV in our periphery vision, and on the screen they were showing gruesome content about dismembered and disfigured bodies and surgery. Which isn't really appropriate when eating and soon put me off my food.

This location does sell authentic Nathan's hot dogs but everything else on the menu is unavailable. No pretzel bites, they send you to a non-Nathan's location nearby.

For the price you pay, the portion are not worth it. Better off going to Whataburger, it's just down the road.

I feel like I literally got robbed by spending over $30 on two horrible tiny hotdogs and water. Do not waste your time and money here!!!!

These reminded me of my favorite NYC dogs, Grey's Papaya. The flavor and texture are close. They are different since they are finished on a grill, but that is what is done in NYC. Check out my previous review. The fries I found a little disappointing since they are large and kind of mushy, but the dogs were good.

Located in the food court area just off the casino floor near the other food options. The chili dog was pretty good. Great place for a quick bite.

too expensive
Well first I will start with how expensive it is for what you get! Secondly there was not 1 clean table and when I asked her to clean one she seemed mad i asked and then was talking about me to the lady cooking. Very unprofessional and to boot when we showed up there the 2 of them were standing at the till talking. Maybe they should have been cleaning tables instead of chit chatting. Now for the food, I has the new york philly cheesesteak... let's just say I ate half and threw the other half in the garbage. For 20$ for a tiny little sub you use the cheapest fake cheese slices? It's all you could taste I would recommend going to McDonalda.
