The cashier can't read my orders. I ordered 2-2 hot dogs and fries. She ordered 1 instead of 1

Professional Customer Experience Report
Date of Visit: October 15, 2025
Time: 6:23 PM
Check Number: 2293
During my visit, I ordered two hot dogs, one order of original crinkle fries, and one Gatorade. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory across several areas.
Pricing Concerns:
The listed price for the two hot dogs and fries was $13. However, I was charged $16.95 before tax, with an additional $2 in tax, bringing the total to nearly $19. Additionally, the Gatorade alone cost nearly $8, which is excessive for a standard beverage of that type.
Service Experience:
The customer service during this visit was poor and lacked professionalism. The staff member at the register appeared dismissive and unwelcoming. Individuals working in customer-facing roles should demonstrate courtesy, respect, and professionalism toward all patrons, regardless of background or ethnicity.
Food Quality:
Both hot dogs were served cold, and the fries were burnt and unseasoned. The overall quality of the meal did not justify the price charged.
Overall Assessment:
Based on this experience, I would rate both the food quality and customer service as extremely poor. The pricing is unreasonable, and the lack of attention to customer satisfaction reflects negatively on this establishment.
I strongly recommend management review this feedback, retrain staff on customer engagement and service etiquette, and ensure pricing accuracy and food quality standards are consistently maintained.

The food and service was the worst experience. The cashier did explain things well with the food credit. The waffle was undercooked and hard to eat.

Had dinner here while staying at the Luxor. The food is pretty good. I ordered a 4 tender meal with a milkshake, which I enjoyed. It was ridiculously overpriced though compared to options on the strip. I spent over 30bucks here when a similar meal at Raising Cane is about half the price.

I had the Philly cheese steak and fries 32$ with a drink. Food is bland. The food isn’t horrible but it taste like something from the freezer section at the grocery store. Well over priced for what you’re getting. (Its Vegas so I understand but wow)

My husband and I ate here while we were in Las Vegas last week and I was EXTREMELY disappointed by how long we had to wait for TWO hotdogs and fries. The staff were VERY slow. We waited 45 mins for our food. This was our first and last time eating here.

My son and I got their New York Philly cheesesteak late at night and it was a major mistake. We both thought it tasted kind of off and weird. My son didn't eat but a few bites and said he couldn't go any farther. I, however, 1/2 and couldn't do any more, as the taste was just so odd. Shortly after eating it, my son had stomach issues, i was letting is go.from both ends. The.next day, in the afternoon, i just wanted to let the manager know about the issue, from the previous evening, becauaebyou cant fix what you dont know is broken. I toldl the manager that I was NOT looking for a refund, but when staff and the manager veh8mently denied that something like this happened and were jerks about it, I pushed the issues that they just needed to know. And.they kept pushing back that the mean could.never have been expired, not stored or prepared properly. It.was at that point, I politely told them that I think a refund is in order at this point, since the food was bad and the customer service was worse. They.denied this request and they said they had to call security so I could make a report. I waited the 30 mins, the officer was a bit perturbed and tried to talk me out of making a report, but i did anyway.
Never go here.

Got the wings and cheesesteaks, while the food was good the server got my order wrong and INSISTED it was on me (then gave my family a handful of attitude after I apologized even though it’s not my fault). The food was good but that interaction alone left a bad taste in the mouth. The price is also diabolical, 50 dollars for 2 things is NOT a good look.

The service was great. The food was a bit bland and overpriced. All Vegas food is now overpriced. Luckily, we just stopped by for a quick snack after check-in.

Went to the food court at Luxor for a sandwich. Got the cheese steak at Nathan's, which was not only overpriced, but tasted terrible. I only ate half of my sandwich, very disappointed with Nathan's, won't eat there again.

I got a chilli hotdog and I’ve been sick ever since—it’s been three days! I’m never coming back to this place again! I can still taste it in my throat and can’t eat anything without vomiting.
