They lie about giving you a free smoothie to get you to come back and then don’t honor it. The app is faulty and the staff can do nothing to make it up to you. Do not go there! Not worth it.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service these young ladies provided. Not too sure if it’s the unfortunate curse of their generation or the fact that customer service just isn’t coached upon in this establishment. Having had been an assistant GM for Nékter many years ago, I was so disappointed/sad that the workers knew very little about the products they had to offer let alone did not smile nor help take my order. (I had to ask if they were going to help me)
I love seeing an eager smile WILLING to help, even if they may not know the products well (maybe they just started) as long as they are happy, friendly, and helpful; it makes a huge difference. Something as simple as a smile goes such a long way!
I hope for Nekters sake they do better as far as coaching when it comes to customer service.
I’ll be back, because I LOVE Nekter, it’s just too bad that customer service has gone down the way side :(

My pink flamingo smoothie was awesome as always. I tried the waffles with avocado very tasty and the waffle with berries was great (shared with coworker) they immediately set up an acct to order from app. Great service will be back soon.

Staying at Caesars Palace is like stepping into a world of luxury, history, and nonstop energy. The atmosphere is classic Vegas—grand architecture, Roman statues, and a vibe that screams glamour. The rooms are spacious and well-kept (especially in the newer towers), and the beds are super comfortable after a long day on the Strip.
The casino is massive and lively, with tons of slots and table games. Dining options are top-notch—whether you’re grabbing a quick bite at the food court or indulging in something upscale like Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen. Shopping at the Forum Shops is a whole experience in itself, with everything from designer stores to fun tourist finds.
