“A friend recommended Humo a while ago, and my husband and I finally got around to going on 11/2/2024 for an early lunch. When I tell you that everything was absolutely DELICIOUS, I mean that with my heart and soul!
I got the brisket with hatch chile mac n cheese and the Mexican corn. My husband ordered the brisket and ribs with brussel sprouts and Mexican corn. For dessert, we shared a churro banana pudding.
The meat was so juicy and tender. The ribs were falling off the bone, and the brisket melted in your mouth. The brisket was seasoned so well that BBQ sauce wasn't needed at all. The mac n cheese was creamy, and the corn was perfect. I tried the ribs and brussel sprouts my husband ordered, and they were amazing too! Even the rolls were tasty!
The churro banana pudding was beyond words. We could have eaten 3 more, it was that good.
Humo is definitely the best bbq I've had in many years. And to make it that much better, the service was great too! Susie was our waitress, and she was so kind and helpful.
We will definitely be regular customers going forward.

“My experience at siempre was amazing, the service was great and the food was amazing. The mixed trio with taco, tostada, and enchilada was great. I also got the Branzino and it had so many great flavors that came together perfectly. The margaritas were also very smooth and went down easy!!“

“This place is great! It’s super clean by any restaurant standards, the atmosphere is vibrant and beautiful and the service is impeccable. We wondered in at 9:32pm, asked if they were open to feed us they said sure and sat us immediately, we ordered in the next 5-8 minutes and they brought out our food by 9:45.
They closed at 10pm, btw.“

The food was simply amazing and the prices are even better pre covid prices here for sure 1 dollar soft tacos today for taco Thursday it was amazing 4 big tacos for 8 bucks you can't beat that anywhere in vegas It was so good we got two more tacos the portions are huge here we might even come back for dinner and try a few more things on the menu I recommend this restaurant to everybody in Las Vegas you will get your meat's worth if you eat here 10/10 service“
