So the restaurant is under new ownership and the atmosphere has changed. But the food has improved. They are using higher grade food and faster service. Their concept is self order and quick service. Also it's been 5 days since they took over so I will give them time. So far the food is good. So no complain.
Update: owner got board

The good reviews are from the previous owners. Me and my coworkers were regulars at this place. We went every Friday. The ladies were super friendly and knew our name, and the food was always good. As soon as it was bought by the new owners, things started going downhill. The food was slow to come out, and when we finally got our food, the owner came out and blamed it on one of the cooks messing up the order. They served us water but for some reason only halfway filled? The previous owners used to bring out a whole jug of water for us to have. The food portions look smaller. You have to order from a kiosk now, so no interaction whatsoever, and still asks for a tip. The food doesn’t taste as good anymore. It seems every move the new owners are making is going the wrong way. It’s safe to say we’re no longer regulars here.
Edit: it seems like the owners like to comment on reviews and make it seem like it’s the customer’s fault that they had a terrible experience and didn’t say anything. Once the customer has to complain about terrible food, the establishment has failed, not the customer.

I think of this place and get a little smile. Decided I should give it a review. I stopped in with the wife for a quick bite to eat and check out the place. The food was great and service even better. I spoke with one of the staff and must have been able to tell we were having a tough day. He joked around a bit and got my wife to laughing, and even at my own expense had me laughing also. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Vegas, and we plan on returning soon.

This is some of the worst ramen I’ve had. I will start with the establishment. Took about 20 mins to get my order. I was the only one in the building. There were 2 tables out of 5 that were clean. There was salt, crumbs, and water/soda spills on most of the tables. The 2 people working were eating or watching a movie or something on a tablet at the time I walked in. It was probably about 85-90 degrees F in the store. I was sweating eating my food. I didn’t even finish my ramen due to the quality. I ordered the Spicy tonkotsu ramen. The chashu pork tasted like it was cooked, frozen and then reheated in a microwave as well as super thin. The boiled egg was extra hard boiled. Didn’t have an option on if I wanted soft boiled or not. Noodles were overcooked as well. The broth was bland and for “spicy” there was no spice in my opinion. I see that there are new owners but for $17 for a bowl of ramen that is bad is honestly not worth it. Maybe half that price for the quality would be reasonable. Definitely will not be returning.

We were not greeted as we entered the restaurant the person at the register was wearing earbuds and his mannerism was not friendly. They had a fire inspector on the premises my daughter had to order on the kiosk. The table we said at was very sticky my daughter had to clean it off it was very hot in the building. The food was horrible I ordered a bento box the tempura did not taste like tempura they just mixed it with planko no flavoring no seasoning usually it comes with a piece of shrimp it only came with vegetables that was very tasteless the meat was not seasoned we had to drown it with teriyaki sauce and even then it was mediocre the Asian salad was Brown and had no salad dressing on it my daughter tried to order some boba/tea they had it advertised with a sale on it but yet the person taking our order stated they were new it's only been 5 days since they took over ownership and didn't have any tea or boba was not sure if they were going to have it available but yet they had it on their menu. My daughter informed me that a few months ago the food there was really good as well as the tea and boba. It's rated right now as 4.7 should be rated 1.7

Who in the heck is running this place? And who are the owners? The old owners and the food were great. These people didn't ask me if I wanted vegetables in my teriyaki bowl, and they did not ask me if the food was for there or to go. They just automatically made it to go. The food was average, since it was plain chicken and rice. And no one was in the restaurant eating. It is a ghost town. These guys will be out of business unless they get their act together ASAP! Right now, they are horrible!!!

The food is very delicious but the person in charge of the place is an older person who is very rude to the customers and yells at them already on two occasions and I saw that thank you
Excuse me but I didn't make the wrong place the person in charge of the place, who is an older lady, she yelled at my mom just because she went to claim a rice that she needed in her dish, it's not ethical on your part, I hope you take action on the matter thank you
