Food was magically delicious!! If you want authentic Nigerian cuisine, then lol no further. Whenever I travel I always look for a Nigerian restaurant to try and besides me going to Nigeria last year, this is as fresh and authentic as it gets. With it being made fresh, it will take more time to
Prepare but it’s worth it and very professional

This is the worst nigerian restaurant I have ever been to worldwide, Sincerely. I saw all the terrible reviews but still decided to visit it and it is exactly what people say about it in the reviews.
This is for restaurant owner’s response to my review:
Talking about declining bank cards, I locked my card on my bank app to avoid shopping surprises from my kids, you obviously have a problem madam, fix it! I paid freaking $44 for a trashy food. The food was nothing close to what I eat in other Nigerian restaurants that charge far less. Money isn’t my problem at all but everything about this restaurant got on my last nerve!

Dear Nigeria Food Owner,

I want to be direct and honest with you: your customer service skills need serious improvement. If you find it challenging to manage your attitude, it may be time to consider hiring someone else to handle customer interactions.

As your customer, I shouldn't have to bear the brunt of your frustrations or see your weariness reflected in our exchanges. It’s essential to remember that every interaction shapes your business’s reputation.

Right now, your demeanor comes off as bitter and arrogant, which is not only off-putting but also detrimental to your success. I urge you to take a step back and reassess how you engage with your customers.

Improving this aspect of your business could be the key to building stronger relationships and fostering loyalty.

I had a truly disappointing experience with the owner’s service. Her rudeness and lack of basic customer service skills were shocking. After we were told to expect a 55-minute wait, we were informed via text over an hour later that our food was ready. The kicker? She expected us to arrive in just 2 minutes, despite it being already 7:55 PM!

When we explained that our Uber was on the way, she had the audacity to question why she should wait for us. Seriously? She claimed to be a pharmacy, but that doesn’t excuse her unprofessional behavior. To top it all off, her own business hours on Google clearly state that they close at 9:00 PM!

This experience was not just frustrating; it was infuriating. Customer service should be a priority, and this encounter proved otherwise. I won’t be returning.

I think my experience with this place was absolutely wonderful. They had a wide variety of different flavors and variations of set flavors, such as the Egysi and the Ogbono. It is a must come

If it was possible for me to give this restaurant a zero rating. Honestly that would even be a favor. I had the worst customer service experience when I walked into the restaurant. After looking at the menu, I requested for egunsi and poundo yam and I also asked how long it would take for the meal to be ready. She said it would take time. I asked again the specifics with regards to the time frame. She got angry and start saying word like Nigerian are the only one that gives her issues in her restaurant. I told her I don't think I have said anything bad, I only wanted to know the time frame, so I can either come back or stay back to eat. Since I saw that she was already angry I decided to leave the restaurant. While leaving, she started cursing at me just for asking how long it would take for an order to be ready.

I got the Egusi Stew with Goat and Fufu at a 7 and managed to not run out of fufu before I finished the stew. The goat was plentiful and easy to convince to leave the bone. While they were out of Coke, A&W Root Beer proved to be a surprisingly apt pairing for the pleasantly spicy egusi.

The other folks in my party got the plantains plate and the jollof rice with chicken and plantains. The chicken also comes on the bone, but was similarly tender.

The staff was very thoughtful and made good recommendations on spice level to keep our whole party happy. All drinks were bottled and chilled at the point when we ordered them, and all food was made to order.

I'm very excited to have a Nigerian spot to recommend!
