Used to love this place. Don’t know what the deal is lately, but the last couple of times I went, they were out of flavors/popping. Employees were eating behind the counter, and the music was highly inappropriate for any business. Bummer.

The boba here is amazing. Cheap and service was superb

Always love coming here! Friendly staff, the tea and boba is always on point, and cute little interior.

We stopped by this morning and we were greeted as soon as we walked in by the staff at the counter. I ordered a small rose milk tea with pudding and my partner ordered a large milk tea with boba. The person that rang us up was very kind. Our drinks were made super quickly and were very tasty. We'll definitely be back since this is one of the few milk tea places open before 11 a.m.

The service here was good and fast. Everyone was really pleasant. The inside could totally use a bit of a fix up as it's starting to look some run down. I really appreciate that this location has a lot of flavor combos and makes it an easy pick to take my family. The pickier kids still have lots to pick from. The boba is decent and nice chewy and consistent. The tea could use to be a bit stronger. That being said, this is my second visit in a month. The kids do like it a lot.

No. 1 Boba Tea Eastern is located in the same plaza as Target, specifically next door to Dynamite Korean St Food & Sushi/ Grill. Because my husband and I were going to make a to go order at Dynamite Korean St Food & Sushi/Grill, we decided to come in for some tea. We walked in yesterday night, 5 minutes before they were closed. We were greeted by an employee behind the counter. The employee said we could still make an order. We ended up ordering: 32 oz White Grape Oolong- My husband ordered this drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. My husband's tea was oversteeped and watered down. 24 oz White Peach Oolong- I ordered my drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. Just like my husband's drink, my tea was also oversteeped and watered down. I didn't even finish it and tossed it. -------------------------------- (Total= $14.41 after tax) I appreciate that we were still able to make an order when this business was going to close. But one thing that I did not understand was that a couple came after us and got their drink before we did. I don't know if this tea house can make a good fruit based tea and don't see myself coming back here in the future.

Returned to the area and so pleased to see how much this location has improved in terms of store design and layout and menu offering!! There is a hot food / snack menu that has been added and also sell boba giftables. The boba drinks are as delicious as always. And the service is excellent and friendly! So glad to come back!

The best place for boba!! They use REAL fruit!! Order online before you get there to avoid the line.

Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in)Don't judge a book by it's cover. This boba store isn't cute, hip, or modern but their food & drink were solid and better than expected. They have a huge, but easy to read menu. The cashier guy provided great customer service as well.Duck Wrap ($6.95): We were expecting this to be subpar because of the low price point but it was actually really good! The duck wasn't overcooked, they use the right amount of sauce, and their asian flaky pancake wrap was crispy.24 oz Iced Sakura Hokkaido Milk Tea ($5.50): Wow, you can really taste the sakura in this drink and it doesn't taste artificial. My husband is picky with his milk tea ever since he became lactose-intolerant but he agreed this was one of the best milk tea we had.

If I see a boba tea spot when I'm running errands or leaving a nearby restaurant, the chances of getting my boba fix is pretty decent. We had just gotten out of Trattoria Italia up the street and I decided that I wanted boba tea. I've visited another No. 1 location right by UNLV a few months ago and their toffee milk tea is just sooo good! At this location, which sits on Eastern and Silverado Ranch, compared to one right by UNLV, they have some indoor seating inside but there is way more seating outside with a giant fountain in the center. We walked in and studied their very extensive menu. Immediately I knew that I wanted to order their toffee milk tea with boba added in. My boyfriend likes anything that's strawberry flavored and went for their strawberry watermelon tea, with boba also added in. This tea even included little slices of strawberries in it. He said that it was really good and he wants to buy this drink again next time we swing by here, though he's still getting used to the boba pearls. This is a great spot to meet up with friends or if you just need your boba fix!

The boba was good, but the cinnamon pecan roll was hard as a rock. I don’t know if they have me the display model that’s been there for a while.
