The worst Boba Tea of my stay in California.Cold reception, and tasteless Boba tea... I took the Oreo Cookie Chocolate, and it only tasted like powdered chocolate in water...I increased my bill because I kindly told the cashier who made us more. Better but not extraordinary either.

Customer service is terrible girl was very strange soon as I walked up to counter she did not make eye contact I stood there a bit waiting to be acknowledged finally I just said ok to my daughter u want Taro boba? Then I said can I get a Taro Boba for her she finally responded she was very unfriendly didn't smile I found it very rude I'll never return to this location simply because she was very unaproachable. Come on lady lighten up smile or at least acknowledge your customers ?

The two girls was rude I told her two times no boba and she wanted to give me an attitude about it and when I was going to get another drink she looked at me and said I’m making it when after I told her I would like to order more and then she came with the first drink I order for my son and I told her what I would like to get and she pointed at the other lady and she paid no attention to me she was drinking from her cup and just ignored me so rude!!! I guess they don’t need business so I’ll take mine somewhere else where they appreciate there customer more

This is the absolute worst no 1 boba tea location I’ve ever been to. They are so rude! It’s immediate negative energy as soon as you walk into the store! The first time I came here I thought maybe hey, it’s late maybe these people are a little tired and just want to go home, there was two lady’s working and both had attitude and no good customer service at all, this time it was earlier so I wanted to check the place out again and take my son to get boba, the lady who was working was no help and tried to keep rushing me through my order as im trying to get it together, i wasnt even at the counter yet and she kept asking me what I want so I felt rushed, i kept asking her about my points and phone number so I bought 2 bobas to see my points, i had 7. After 10 points you get discount or a free drink, after my purchase I had 9 so I ordered two more drinks and asked her to use my points since I would have them, she kept saying “after you pay” “after you pay” I paid, and she told me next time I come in to use my points, there will be no next time lady! which made no sense when I told her I wanted to use them today. She was no help she was very pushy and just had the worst energy ever. Im definitely not going back to that location lol

The Lady that was taking the orders seem bothered to take our order she wasn’t friendly at all and she went on to open boxes instead of getting our order ready we waited more than 10 minutes to get our drinks there was no one ahead of us not sure if I would come to this place

Lady wearing black hat a 12:36pm on Thursday may 25,2023 For my Drink I got a power juice with low sugar with honey boba. It's called Lift me up includes spinach kale pineapple mango and ginger. The ginger is pretty strong taste 7/10-aesthetics 1/10 furniture looks outdated Cleanliness 10/10 there weren't customers here Menu diversity 7/10 decent amount of drinks no food

I like the drinks here, when they’re available! All the drinks on their new menu are never available, not sure why , they don’t have an answer or the language barrier for them and the public doesn’t help with the answer. They are very nice & the place is clean.When I do get boba added to my drink it doesn’t seem to be as soft as other places, so under cooked?Kid-friendliness: There’s places to sit so a family with children can all sit together.Parking: Not a lot of spaces directly in front but there’s other parking options.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be wheelchair friendly & has a ramp nearby for access.

I've seen a lot of 5 star reviews and that's exactly the reason why I came to check it out. I got myself a Large Toffee Boba Milk Tea and even after mentioning 100% Sugar (Regular Sugar) and less ice, my entire boba tasted bland. No taste at all except the taste of the pearls itself. Plus, as soon as I got inside and even while I was ordering, the 2 staff were just talking and talking in their language and you wont know if they're talking about you, talking about your order, talking about their job or who knows what but they need to be more attentive and discuss things later when there's no customer. The place was empty when I got there, i should have walked out coz that could've been given me a sign not to get my drink from there.Anyway, never again.

Absolute worst service! We had 5 drinks, and we had to remind them of the two cappuccinos three times! Their ticketing system is horrible when we asked about the coffee we were met with an attitude and asked again what we ordered. Twenty minutes for coffee. Not only is service is awful but the food is mediocre. The cookie was rock hard,they warmed it up in a microwaved in an attempt to soften it. Yet it was still rock hard and i was barely able to break it with both hands
